"It 's your boy The RIBOLOGIST!!! This place in Des Moines Iowa is soooo easy for me to LOVE. The atmosphere is one of the BEST!!! A mixture of sports bar, rib food shack. The interior SCREAMS..... 'GOOD FOOD! ' ALL the ads, write ups and posters of EVERYTHING food is soooo APPEALING! Now the REAL REASON for this review....... The RIBS. I will say it 's just ok. Sauces are GOOD. Ribs were smoked for hours but was lacking in the DEEP FLAVA category for me. It has a light rub seasoning which REQUIRES sauce to truly enjoy every bite. My 1st visit so I give the ribs 3 stars. Definitely NOT the best cut of ribs, BUT the whole set up and experience is a 4. It 's worth trying whenever in Des Moines. Your boy The RIBOLOGIST IS OUT ."
