"I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a negative experience with the new waitress who had a ponytail. She was extremely unfriendly and gave small portions. I ordered oxtail for $23 and only received 4-5 pieces with a large amount of rice. The atmosphere was lacking warmth and class. I suggest they hire Jon Taffer for staff training. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, service a 1, and atmosphere a 1."
