"This restaurant is situated in the stunning and creatively designed district above the Wynwood Walls, and its atmosphere truly feels like a piece of art, perfectly complementing the surroundings. I ordered the salmon rub with a side of salmon speck, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon speck is sliced thinly, slightly thicker in the center, and is meant to be that way until it becomes charred around the edges. It's then partially caramelized, resulting in a rich, oily center that is simply marvelous. I will be ordering this as an accompaniment to everything they serve in the future, and I highly recommend that you do the same!"
