"The Western omelet is always a great choice. It's usually well-balanced with sausage, peppers, bacon, and onions. It's a really good value, although it can sometimes be a bit heavy on the sausage or bacon. If they have a surplus of bacon or sausage that's not selling quickly, I like to call it the Incredible Hulk omelet—50% bacon or sausage! This morning, I was anticipating a regular Western omelet, but I was treated to a bacon-packed Hulk omelet instead, and it was fantastic!"
