"I went here after a surgery today for some Greek fries for the first time ever. It?s my favorite food and so I wanted it as a comfort post op and the experience was terrible. Obviously because of covid the sauce is packaged separately but I was expecting Tzatziki or a white sauce of the like and I received feta covered ketchup. Which I get it if mistakes are made, there were some fairly young people taking care of the food so they could have been in training, but when I went back after arriving home to find the mistake they were closed. It was only 2 minutes past even though it said online they close at 9:00 they closed an hour before. People were still inside so I asked my cohort to go and get it fixed or ask for a refund (as I am disabled and would have struggled to get out of the car) and rather than assist they turned us away and left me with the sad excuse for Greek fries. I paid more than six dollars for less fries than I could get in a large at McDonald?s for three dollars. The only difference was that these are poorly cooked and had feta on top. Not to mention they didn?t have change so I paid extra because they didn?t have enough to return (which I was totally ok with). Overall it was terrible service and bad food that was incorrectly advertised. I am very dissatisfied and I hope that they are able to clean their act up in the future."

"Food was good but a little over priced for small portions. I ordered the deluxe shrimp scampi which came with vegetables for $3 more and there were hardly any vegetables. However they have a fantastic dessert selection that they bring over on a plate to choose classic diner style. This is the most diner esque place I've found in Pittsfield that reminds me of the great diners in my home state of New Jersey."

"This was the only restaurant that could accommodate our last-minute request for a party of 50 on a Saturday night, allowing us to celebrate Taconic's co-op hockey team's victory in the Western Mass Tournament. The staff could have been overwhelmed, but instead, they greeted us with smiles and went out of their way to be accommodating. The food, served family-style, was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. Both the parents and the teenagers thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the experience."

"Actually food was great! Hot, large portions good waiter! However I was with my mother who has dementia. She was trying to pay bill when I received a phone call that I had to take. I was standing in door way and waitress(not ours) came up to me and toldme air conditioner was on! Ok I get that but I was not able to safely go outside and leave my mother in the establishment. Shebecame very pushy. We had words and at 65 I was kicked out of a restaurant for the first time in my life! Yes that waitresswas a b??. She had absolutely no understanding of the circumstances. She came at me multiple times before we could get out door!I had planned on encouraging neighbors to go there for a great meal but that won?t happen now! I think as a small business itwould serve you well to have your staff take on a kinder demeanor toward guests!"

"Today in Charlie to order a dinner. The lady working on the front counter was helpful, but the food was terrible. I ordered a ham and mushroom Calzone and a lasagna with sausage. When I came home, I opened the packages and to my surprise there are no mushrooms in the calzone and my lasagna was a container of juicy linguine with two sad pieces of mushy eggplant on it. I called the restaurant to make her nice to know that there was a mistake in the order and instead of offering it to make it right, the answer was I know that I wrote it right. There was no offer to make it right or so I ended the call. I will not get here because of the lack of customer service and the inability to get an order right. Also the calzone was basically just a burned piece of dough filled with a bunch of cheese. For over $30, I expect a real order. I will never go back there again and I recommend that others follow me."

"I hadn't visited this restaurant in years, but it was largely just as I remembered. We went for breakfast on Father's Day, and although it was a bit busy when we arrived, we didn't have to wait long for a table. The food was fantastic, but what really stood out was how the owner personally came out to assist my sister with her food allergy. She took the time to explain her options, which made a lasting impression. As we were leaving, we were given some chocolates, and they were delightful! After all, this is the original candy kitchen. I will definitely return!"
