"This is another great opportunity to shout out to this excellent restaurant chain for the great food, staff, and clean. They always make sure I don't get and cross contamination, and I appreciate it. I went for the turkey sandwich and their amazing tomatoe bisque soup. It was a great staple for me on a cold day. The selection of drinks was different but a good difference. Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely Would I return? Absolutely Don't take my word for it. Go try for yourself."

"This restaurant offers a fantastic selection of tasty dishes for all ages. You'll find everything from sandwiches and soups to a salad bar, large baked potatoes, and an all-you-can-eat self-serve ice cream station. There's something for everyone! "I was really excited to try this place because back at home in Texas. The salad bar was always my favorite. I hadn’t been in about six years A +1 to enjoy some lunch thinking that I had a great experience like I used to. I ordered the Santa Fe sandwich along with the chipotle, chicken and avocado Panini And what I thought was a unlimited salad , was only a one time stop Which was not discussed or sign anywhere explaining the regulations) But what really got to me was that the staff Were trashing the guest, but in Spanish. I was sitting maybe 15 feet away and could hear specifically one lady just talk trash about people being cheap and taking advantage of the Salad bar. I’m not wanting to mix my sweet components with savory salty, especially in a salad so when I went up to ask for a plate manager, Mike explained to me it was a one time trip deal but politely gave me a second and said it’s OK. And as I continued to debate what I wanted, I could just hear the lady and some of the employees laugh and start talking mess on how I was trying to scam the salad bar. This completely threw off my appetite. I confronted the gentleman, Micheal , who is the store manager and told him I did not appreciate the conversation and how abrupt and they were not aware of those who speak the language and are ignorant to their environment. I spent over $40 and was there for probably no more than 15 minutes. I was embarrassed and shocked on how the manager handled the situation. The lady by the name of Concha Most ignorant and rude of them all and Mike just seem timid and lots of words with remorse. Unfortunate the guest service here was what completely threw off my experience and overall just poor customer service."

"Pros: High-quality food, delicious desserts, friendly service, and a clean environment. Cons: As of my update on April 25, 2022, while the salad bar remains impressive, it seems there’s less attention being paid to keeping older vegetables separated from the fresh ones, so you may need to sort through them yourself. In conclusion, all the flavors I’ve tried so far blend together beautifully. This place is definitely a step above fast-food chains like Subway, McAlister's, Good Sense, Jersey Mike's, and Jimmy John's. You get the idea! This has quickly become my preferred spot for sandwiches, salads, and other healthy quality options!"

"Our family ate here and there was a miscommunication with the cashier. My wife wanted the salad bar but he put club salad on her order instead. As my wife was trying to get her salad plate, the salad lady kept telling her you did not pay! You did not pay! My wife was confused, and looked toward the cashier 's direction for assistance but he was busy. My wife then said she paid but the salad lady started getting confrontational with her finger now pointing at wife telling her if you want to eat you need to pay! until my wife went back to the cashier. He sorted it out immediately. But as my wife went back to get her plate, this same lady right away was like where 's your receipt??? . I understand theft prevention but this was just too much and handled so poorly. Excuse me, I don 't see salad bar on your order. would more than suffice. Maybe my wife wasn 't clear or maybe the cashier made a mistake, whatever, it happens. It 's how this employee right away accused us of stealing that really left a bad taste in our mouths. 3 stars because we come here often and never had a negative experience other than this so not going to take away from other employees who provided good service. However, not sure we 'll be back."

"that was my first time since the location moved over the road. at the old place the restaurant ran like a well-oiled military operation. at the new place it seemed more like organized chaos. everyone was so friendly and high energy that it was a great mood and great saw all activities. this led me to make a mental note that, as I commission more from here, to give them the advantage of the doubt when the service speed suffers. efficiency can be trained, but charisma is not so much. this group has the charisma to visit me regularly."

"Incredible staff from managers Jose and Ashley to driver Bella. Placed a catering order for a rather sad occasion of a funeral. I am in Arizona but from El Paso. Over the phone, they took my order, delivered to a relatives home locally and text me when they delivered. All in under one hour. They responded quickly and what was most incredible was how thoughtful they were given the situation. The driver Bella not only confirmed delivery but send condolences to me. Touch notch staff who is very caring."

"Make sure you check that the end of the line gives you the correct salad bowl for multiple trips! Today a very animated worked yelled at me that I didnt get another bowl because it is was a side salad plate (that was handed to me on a tray). Then, I had to go back to the register and PROVE I paid for the correct salad bar. I was going to let this go until another customer, laughing, said Salad Thief on the way back my seat. Lost a customer today...the reaction and animation was not necessary to resolve a misunderstanding created by the staff, not me."
