"The food is fresh and very good one thing that I have to complain about is the spice level on the chicken Thai was four alarm and staff gave no warning for this first time customer. I still come back, but ask more questions about heat I would recommend to the owner to offer a level of heat. The easiest way to achieve this is by adding honey and a little yogurt to the sandwich and it cuts the heat perfectly, but boy oh boy who was a hot first bite"

"A few months ago, my wife ordered a chicken Souvlaki Pita at Pita Pit and I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent it was. It has now become one of my new favorite lunch spots in downtown Chico. The staff, especially Thomas, is fantastic and I appreciate his kindness and skill at his job. Recently, I made a mistake with an online order and Thomas took care of me in a way that really solidified my positive feelings towards Pita Pit. The food is excellent, the staff is great, and I highly recommend Pita Pit to everyone."
