"I’m not sure why DoorDash chose to source my food from a location 18 miles away when there was a Panera only 3 miles from my home. As a result, the food arrived cold. Moreover, the preparation was subpar; both chicken sandwiches had very little meat. The soup was also cold and barely filled. I ended up spending $90 on a disappointing meal. On the bright side, I didn’t have to go out."

"We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Instead of the bread bowl we ordered, we received three hard pieces of French bread at an additional cost. There was no refund or apology provided. The portion of Cream of Chicken Wild Rice Soup we received was only 2 ounces, and it came in a very small container, priced at $12. For the price of $12, we felt that the amount of soup and the quality of the bread were not worth it. We could have purchased three cans of soup and a whole loaf of French bread for the same price elsewhere. The Grilled Cheese was made with a cheese that tasted like Velveeta, which was not enjoyable. The bread was good, but the cheese was terrible. At $10, we felt it was overpriced considering we could easily make a similar sandwich at home with better ingredients. We do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again. This experience is why establishments like this struggle, as the quality and value do not meet customer expectations."

"I’m a huge fan of great pizza. You know what I mean: a delicious crust, flavorful sauce, plenty of toppings, and cheese that stretches perfectly as you pull a slice away from the pie.
