"Worst experience of my chick fil a eating career. The drive thru team could not by pass the cars in an efficient manner and was an entire conundrum from the beginning. Once my order was placed there was mass confusion on the order of the line. Then i finally get my order and half of it is wrong , there is no sauce, and i was charged for a deluxe when i just wanted the regular spicy. Preposterous."

"I've visited this location over 50 times in the past few years, and it keeps getting worse. They're increasingly understaffed, leading to longer wait times. Now you can only place orders through a touchscreen or the BYU app, which doesn't allow for customizations like removing cherries from milkshakes. During my last visit, I waited 20 minutes for a milkshake, and by the time I received it, it was completely melted. They wouldn't remake it for me and didn't have any spoons available. "Stopped at the location in Ruston LA. Interesting remodel due to covid. Half of restaurant had an outside walk up service. Order at an outside window and pickup, tables outside and restrooms where accessed from outside only. Ordered breakfast chicken nugget biscuits meal.
