"This is place to come to, for to go orders, so far I have done Thanksgiving and now doing Christmas family meal to go. My mother picked up Thanksgiving, there was a mix up and they forgot a few items, but made up for it with banana nut bread. That in itself was worth it in my opinion and I'm picking up Christmas meal. This place is beyond busy, they are all running around. Which nowadays that's rare, Christmas Eve they are all working hard. Thanks for your hard working employees and thanks for being open!"

"The service at this restaurant was good, but the food tasted like it was cooked in a microwave, similar to Grandma's house cooking. Some dishes were fresh and tasty, while others were lacking in flavor. The restaurant had a farm-like atmosphere and tried to stay true to its roots, but it fell a bit short. I found myself missing the real Grandma and the church ladies who used to make delicious noodles that people would fight over. Those were the good old days."

"I dined at Bob Evan's tonight on Sheriff Dr in Melbourne 32040. When I went to pay, the cashier said their computer was NOT accepting a coupon that just came out, started today Feb 12 Feb 14 for $2 off $15. My order was $30. They WOULD NOT accept my valid coupon. When I asked to speak to management they said he was in kitchen cooking and could not come help with my issue. I am very upset about this. How much trouble would it have been for the cashier to deduct $2 off my bill. I do not recommend going to Bob Evan's if you are trying to use their own coupons. Very, very disappointed. "went for a ladies night out for a birthday. waitress was great. food was good. a few crabs were mushy and empty but we ate our share. my only complaint was that 2 of us had bariatric stomach surgery. can't eat alot. 6 crabs were around $27, all u can eat was $28 with just crabs and fries, which we were not gonna eat. we asked for a kids price on the all u can eat and were told no. but several weeks prior to that night they allowed our card from our dr to be presented and gave the child price. I understand we can order a kids meal or a regular meal and take home what we don't eat but the prices are $1 different for all u can eat or 6 crabs. they most certainly make the money. besides that issue. we had a great waitress, always checking on us and she was busy with several tables."

"Went there to eat breakfast at 10:05 they said there would be a 15 minutes wait. I waited over 35 minutes while 4 waitresses were working on to go orders. Never acknowledged the people that were waiting in the lobby to be seated. They sat 2 people that came in before my party and they let them sit at there table without taking their orders for a least 10 minutes Not good customer service. If You want to eat there be prepared to wait over 2 hours for service and food"

"I ordered the new Thanksgiving sandwich, but they forgot the pickles and gravy. The waitress insisted that those items didn’t come with it, but offered to get them for me if I wanted. I overheard her complaining to a coworker, who confirmed that the sandwich indeed included those extras. Unfortunately, she never apologized for her demeanor, and I still didn’t receive my pickles. When it was time to check out, there was a long line as they searched for someone who could operate the register. The service at this location has really declined."

"I waited in line for 45 minutes with just two small parties ahead of me. The parking lot was nearly empty. The coffee served was cold and stale. My western omelet was poorly prepared, with only half-hearted chunks of peppers and onions not cooked inside, and the omelet itself was cold. Nothing was palatable, and the manager was unresponsive to the issues. I rarely dine out, as I consider it a special treat. It's disheartening when a manager fails to address all the problems, especially since I’m usually not one to complain. I left feeling extremely disappointed."
