"The food was mediocre at best, but the waiting and the ambience were by far the worst part of the experience. Sat down and it took 15-20 min before we were asked if we were ready to order, and the place was basically empty. After order another 15 min went by and I noticed another customer who had been trying to get a box and the check since I arrived. Realizing how slow things were moving I asked if we could get our food to go. It then took another 30 min before my food came out. So in total it took something like an hour and change for me to order and receive one take out dish that was basically just noodles and yellow curry. Also on top of that during the entire wait the overly brightly lit restaurant had loud white noise static coming out of its speakers, until it decided halfway through to put different songs on in its open kitchen and floor that proceeded to compete with each other from either side of the restaurant. Maybe it’s better earlier in the night but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon."

"In summary, this pad Thai has quickly become my favorite! It's incredibly flavorful, well-portioned, and the lunch special is fantastic. It even includes a choice of soup or salad; I opted for the ginger salad, which was outstanding! The dressing was excellent, which is a pleasant surprise. Another plus is that the restaurant is located in a plaza full of options, and my food arrived hot and quickly—no long waits! Compared to other pad Thai I've had recently, this place is a cut above the rest. I can't wait to visit again. As much as I tell myself to explore other items on the menu, I may just stick with the pad Thai because it was that delicious!"

"Very cool concept; a fresh food take on Thai. The space is clean, airy and has a nice vibe. We were a little disappointed; the reviews all mention great sushi, but don 't say that sushi isn 't available at lunch. We came at lunch. Oh well, no sushi for us. The seared veggie dumplings were awesome. I didn 't care if they had meat or not; they were very fresh tasting and delicious. The shrimp rangoons were a great take on the Chinese food classic; however, they were super hot (temp-wise) and a bit tongue burning. Once cooled, they were excellent. The Tom kha gai was a huge bowl of soup; but, again, served at a crazy high temperature. It took 5 mins before we could approach it. Once cool, all it needed was a little lime to make it perfect. The standard Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp was great. Big portion, fresh ingredients. The crispy Pad Thai replaced the rice noodles with fried wonton crisps. A very neat take on the dish; the portion was way too big to finish. They do not bring out the standard trio of Thai spices when you ask; they bring the chef/owner 's proprietary sauce that was a take on standard thai chili sauce. I would have appreciated an option to amp up the spice with the traditional spice tray. Overall, a good lunch at a good price. Recommended for thai food."

"I have been to this place two times now. Each time the waitresses have been super nice and provided great service. The atmosphere is nice as well. It has a nice downtown Winston-Salem vibe. However, the most recent time my wife and I were here I was a little disappointed. My wife (Vegan) loves pho and likes to order their Tofu pho bowl. When the food came out we noticed a few beef and chicken pieces in the pho. We bought it to the waitresses attention, she apologized and bought us out another one. Upon further examination we realized it was the same bowl and they just picked the few chicken pieces out. We sent the bowl back a second time and found another chicken piece!! The third time this bowl came out we realized they just poured the broth out a little bit!! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager did come over and finally make us a new bowl! Very frustrating it took four times before my wife got the correct plate she ordered! Not a good way to retain customers and this will be the last time I give Thai harmony my business. "The wife and I had dinner here, 4/19/2023, around 7pm. We walked in and we're seated right away. There was only three other tables seated. I had the Crab Wontons and Red Curry Chicken. The wife had the Tom Yum Soup and the Green Curry Chicken. The wontons had a great crunch and crab flavor. A little chewier than I would have like. The Tom Yum was well flavored with the classic sour-salt-sweet-heat mix. Very good on a colder (40ish degrees) night in Boston. Our curries were fantastic! My Red curry was a nice balance of sweet, cream, and umami. The bamboo shoots gave it nice texture. Bell peppers and onions rounded out the dish. Chicken was thinly sliced and plentiful. I only tried my wives Green Curry sauce. It was also excellently flavored. We also got a Pad Se Eew Tofu to go for my daughter. I also tasted that and it was GOOD! Place was clean and nicely decorated, if not dated. Red everywhere. Highly recommend if you are in the meal."
"Rating after just one takeout visit. The Thai food I ordered was okay but a bit on the bland side. Willing to give benefit of the doubt and try again in the future. The same dish at Wasabi is just miles better."

"I've always ordered the delivery here for years. I've never eaten. This time I decided to change things and see how it was to eat in the restaurant. I don't think we ever order the delivery of them, I'd rather go to the restaurant! The service was wonderful, fast and very pleasant. The food was just as delicious as I would get it. It was such an amazing experience to eat there that I now prefer to go home at the meeting! Everyone was so welcoming and warm. My son LOVED the fish tanks they had. This is my new favorite place to eat. Can't wait to go back with my friend and eat sushi. China A is amazing"

"The restaurant's prices are too high for the quality of the food. I paid $30 for dumplings and fried rice, which was just average. When I ordered takeout, they forgot to include any sauce or a fortune cookie. When I went back to get more dumpling sauce to add flavor to the rice, they charged me a dollar for small, half-filled containers (as shown in the picture). Being charged at all for sauce is frustrating, but charging a full dollar for each container is outrageous. I would have expected to pay around 25 or 50 cents instead."

"One of the worst meals ever. The food was tasteless and just spicy. I didn't think one could make green curry so bad. The place was empty and it should have been obvious why. No flavor and just heat. The service was poor. Didn't get is water or come even once to check on us. The head server kept sneezing and wiping his nose on the sleeve of his shirt while bringing water. And then blew his nose with his fingers and then proceeded to serve. Yuck"

"Exactly what it claims. Authentic delicious Thai food. They have dishes from both north and south Thailand which is a plus. Crispy chicken with basil and fried rice were delicious and very flavorful. Khao soi was yummy and one of the better ones I've had without them just doubling and tripling down on just heat as the main flavor. Only slight oddity was not getting the Khao soi toppings like peanuts , onions, scallions etc served with it. All that being said 10/10 and I see why this spot is highly rated. Gluten free and vegan main course and apps options. Their coconut Ice cream is also gluten free and vegan and delicious! Update: lowering one star due to fairly underwhelming service. Not rude service but just had to flag someone every time something even as simple as silverware was needed or when we had to order. Secondly I got the basil crispy chicken which was very stringy ,overdone and extra chewy."

"I ordered a rainbow roll mango sticky rice last night, it was perfect. Ordered three rolls that were a total joke tipped big got ripped off. Can?t help but be MORE than frustrated with this. I absolutely feel ripped off. I paid WAY too much for what I got I said DO NOT PUT GINGER ON ANY OFF THE PLATES, I?m allergic to it. And, they put it on every plate. Just so frustrated. I know not even worth bothering calling to complain, they don?t care. But, had to express my frustration somehow. You can see this difference in the pictures. Just wow! So mad!!"

"I've been eager to visit this restaurant for a while now, but I never had the opportunity until today. I'm so glad I finally went, as it far exceeded my expectations. The interior is beautiful, with fresh tulips on each table, creating a lovely ambiance. The waitstaff were incredibly attentive. As for the food, it was fantastic! I ordered the ginger rice and chicken soup, along with the vegetable spring rolls. I highly recommend checking this place out. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their menu!"

"I went down to the restaurant to enjoy some well seasoned food but that was the last thing I got at this restaurant I ordered a papaya salad and it came with no papaya in it also everything tasted old and tasteless Second when I got the bill it came out to 73.65 I tipped to round up to 82 I thought that was good enough for the experience I had plus that’s all I had . A different waitress came over and said that the original waitress was upset about the small tip . In conclusion I would never eat at this establishment ever again!!"

"We ordered take out. We typically get a couple of entrees and often add their emailed special. I phone in the order because many online menus have much higher prices and take a substantial percentage from the restaurant. When ordering, I specifically noted the special as noted in the email. When I got there and the cashier noted the amount, I said that seems high. We reviewed the items; he said the special price requires on line ordering. I said I mentioned it and why would it just be online? An older woman joined him and they were adamant that it was my mistake and the email clearly notes on line. I looked at the email this morning and it does not state on line only. It gives an online code but does say available only on line. The food was good, hot and all items present. They staple the bag so one cannot check it. Last time we ordered, a couple of weeks back, we were shorted a rice."

"Recently moved to the area and trying out as many local spots as possible to find our favorites. Unfortunately, this order was underwhelming. The meat, especially the chicken, did not taste fresh and neither of us finished our food. The rice did not have much flavor either.Though the food quality and taste were poor the online ordering was simple and the delivery was fast."

"My most highly ordered dish is vegan Thai curry fried rice Add fried tofu. It tastes good. But the only drawback is that I can't rely on consistency. Sometimes they add all stir fry vegetables.sometimes just peas n carrot. Sometimes rice is sticky. Other times it's really nice n fluffy. Sometimes tofu is really deep fried.Sometimes it is just sauteed. Pls maintain consistency."

"This is a spacious restaurant with ample dining areas and beautiful décor that creates a warm ambiance. The staff is polite and patient, adding to the positive experience. The menu offers an extensive variety of authentic dishes, and even when the restaurant is busy, the service remains relatively quick. A nice surprise with each order is the complimentary egg rolls, though unfortunately, they've been dry and inedible on all three visits—still, the kind gesture is appreciated. While I want to explore more of the menu, I find myself consistently drawn to the Pineapple Fried Chicken meal, which includes pineapples, chicken, shrimp, cashew nuts, eggs, onions, peas, and carrots. I’d like to express my gratitude for the fresh ingredients and generous portion sizes—this hearty entrée can easily serve four! To enhance the experience for diners and avoid any ‘meal chaos’ in the family, I would recommend including at least one large, juicy shrimp for each serving. Adding two more shrimp to make a total of four per dish would be wonderful! Thai Cuisine has quickly become a weekly favorite for my family. On our next visit, we’re looking forward to dining inside to fully immerse ourselves in the Thai experience. A note on location: you can find Thai Cuisine in the Nellis Bonanza Shopping Center, in the corner at the far end of the plaza, with plenty of parking available and easy access."

"Our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. We waited 45 minutes after being seated for our reservation just to receive water and have our order taken. Then, we had to wait another 30 minutes for our drinks from the bar. Our appetizers finally arrived after an hour and a half, but we still didn't have any silverware, so we had to flag down a staff member to bring us some, along with napkins. It took a total of 2 hours for our main courses to arrive, and one of the meals had to be sent back because it was cold. Given this experience, we will definitely not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for dining suggestions in the area."
