We are welcomed as guests of the family, and we eat as such as often as we can. Whether it’s the exceptional Liguria pasta featuring her grandmother’s signature pesto recipe, the rich and silky Carbonara, the light and crispy Pinsa, the always satisfying seasonal Dinner Special, or one of her light and delicious homemade dessert creations, I am left in awe of the level of flavor, integrity of ingredients, and degree of execution that each dish presents. You need not don your finest sports coat or your fanciest dress to enter; simply bring an appetite and your friends and family and you will be blown away by the flavors and textures that your mouth, taste buds, and palate experience. You will be welcomed with open arms as you dine at this truly family run restaurant/kitchen that is unlike any other. Please understand if you are a shrimp parmesan and meatball hero aficionado, this may not meet your expectation. If you frequent Olive Garden and enjoy processed, emotionless food, the same can be said. I imagine that the very few negative reviews are from diners of that ilk. This is not the generic, American-Italian food you might have grown up with here in the States. Instead, it is authentic and superior.
