"I used to really enjoy this restaurant when I first started ordering from them, and I even recommended it to friends and family, who also liked it initially. However, over time, both I and others have noticed a decline in the quality of service. In my most recent order on Monday, July 28th, I requested a chicken salad without peppers, but I received one that had peppers in it instead. Additionally, there have been recurring mistakes, with items missing from my orders. When I try to discuss these issues with them, the staff has been rude and even hung up on me. I've since decided to order from a different restaurant that is closer to me."
