I always tell myself that I?m going to try something new on the menu but I always end up getting the chirashi, the Kalbi short ribs or chicken teriyaki. My mom was blown away by the quality and variety in her bowl of chirashi which is why this restaurant is her fondest memory of Seattle. I used to always get the kalbi but I really like the chicken teriyaki as well. I never order chicken teriyaki anywhere because I?m just tired of it but Donburi station does a great job.
