"This place is literally the worst. I was just here 5 minutes ago. I walked in, there were two females and a tall guy working. The guy just saw me and disregarded me. There was only one customer behind me. Took them soo long to make their drinks, and finally made my drink. They asked what number am I. Umm I never got my receipt so how should I know? I have never experienced a boba place THATS NOT EVEN PACKED take this long to make drinks. I used to work at a busy tea shop but they literally take forever with THREE workers and literally 2 customers. I wish I can give this place a 0."

"We usually get the popcorn chicken and the wintermelon milk teas from here. Not sure why but theyve never given us extra sweet and spicy sauce even though we ask. Theyre pretty stingy about the sauce. They use the white paper cups that arent transparent and this is the second time where weve noticed a huge gap from the top of the cup. Skimping out on the drinks. We probably wont be getting the popcorn chicken anymore since it seems like the quality has declined. Drinks are still yummy, just wish they wouldnt jip us on them."

"My original milk tea was full of ice. I ordered a large and even left a tip. Took a few drinks and it was finished with ice from bottom to top and leftover boba. For the price I expected better. I normal go to the lakewood one, we're they make it proper. This location I felt ripped off. I go to the barber next door and visit this Ding tea but most likely won't be returning. Been here twice now and same both times. Thought the first time was accident but now going here twice I guess that's how they do it here. Noticed another review wih same issue. The lakewood Ding Tea everything is made perfectly consistent every time."

"I tried Ding Tea for the first time earlier this week. I didn't know there was a location in Irvine until last night. I was pretty excited since this location is closer to home. The customer service was awful, not welcoming at all. I almost felt like it bothered the girls when we walked in. We were not greeted, the only time the cashier spoke to us was when she asked what size we wanted. When our drink was ready they just placed it on the counter and didn't say anything. I didn't see they macaroons on their menu nor on display, so that's something different as opposed to their other location. Unless they had already sold out. The taste of their drinks are the same at both locations but if you're looking to try Ding Tea, I suggest you try the Tustin location instead of this one. You'll have a more pleasant experience there."

"My visit to Ding tea was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and were happy to recommend some of their most popular drinks and snacks.I ordered the taro milk tea, and it was hands down the best boba tea I've ever had. The taro flavor was so rich and creamy, and the tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy. I loved the sweetness level as well it wasn't too overpowering, but just right.But the real surprise for me were the spicy french fries. I was a little hesitant to try them at first, but they were seriously addictive. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the seasoning had just the right amount of kick. I couldn't stop eating them!Overall, I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a great drink and snack spot!"

"Don 't even bother. Whenever I tried calling, some guy picks up the phone and says, Hello, can you hear me? , Can you hear me? , or Ding tea, Sacramento and then the phone goes silent and then they hang up like they 're doing it on purpose. Don 't know if it 's a prank or not because I kept calling numerous of times to see if they had a fruit tea that was not on their kiosk but was on their menu lol but it was the same guy who kept answering and disconnecting the phone. Horrible service and very unprofessional. Also, no one is ever at the front to help you if you have any questions."

"I used to visit Ding Tea frequently when I lived in Texas, so I was looking forward to trying it again here. Unfortunately, the boba I ordered was not up to par with what I had experienced at other Ding Tea locations. It was watered down and all I could taste was the creamer. It felt like I paid $7 for a drink that was just creamer mixed with water. They have also partnered with Mochinut, which I can understand from a business standpoint, but it meant that I had to wait twice as long for my drink. The staff members did not greet customers, so my overall experience was disappointing."
