"The brisket was passable; I went for a lean cut when I probably should have chosen a fattier option. However, the ribs were absolutely fantastic. The mac and cheese, on the other hand, lacked flavor and had an unappealing texture. To my disappointment, I also didn't receive the beans I had paid for. On a brighter note, the customer service was exceptional! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would have rated this experience higher had I received the beans I ordered."
