"Every Wendy’s I have went I have never had a problem adding extra vanilla to my ice coffee rather it’s mobile order or in person. And have never paid extra. Especially Altoona or 63rd locations. And even if I had to I would. Not customer responsibility if system doesn’t give you an option on app or in store to charge you. I visited this location just serval days ago was able to but because this manager is new in her words and didn’t have a way to charge me for inventory purposes they rather lose a customer and a whole order. I order a combo not just a coffee . I went out of my way to come here before work there’s plenty of other fast food or coffee places. I will not return to this location. I visit Wendy just for ice coffee Because with with extra vanilla it’s sweet enough and doesn’t taste like coffee. I even said I would be willing pay extra outside app but no way to ring up or suggested to cancel order and just ring up order at restaurant but does not take Apple Pay like other Wendy’s. Now I do not enough time to go the other Wendy’s on SE 14th st. It’s sad they should rather lose a regular customer over extra vanilla. I am district manager myself in retail in past in Food beverage industry and I know you don’t want to give out the farm but you find a happy medium. Hope she has a wonderful day because micro manage will eat your day away I’ve been there."

"I hate leaving bad reviews but this location may need some help. I had gone to Wendy’s in Levittown for 20, years, always great, and now I’m in Massapequa. So tonight on my way home around 9:30 PM I was craving chili and went through the drive through here (Seaford). It was $8 and something, and I didn’t receive my change from a $10 but I was so hungry, tired wanted to get home that I didn’t care. There was a line, the person in front of me left, the kid may be a bit slow and that’s fine but, I’m telling you what happened here. There was no thank you or have a good night, just handed me everything besides my change and turned his back. Usually the chili is so hot that I can’t eat it for a half hour so thank goodness I also got a kid’s meal to eat on the way home. I hadn’t had dinner yet due to my extra stressful day. So I get home and stir up the chili. It was barely warm. There was a huge chunk of what I hope is part of a hamburger patty- but why? (See photo). Twitter wouldn’t let me reply and I feel too bad to embarrass the entire establishment by tagging them with the photo, it’s not nice and a one time happening. I’ve been to this location twice though. It’s supposed to be ground meat, always has been- something isn’t right here. I taste it and it’s actually so bad that my passive self can’t even eat it because of my intuition yelling at me to not eat it. Out of all my Google reviews, and the other choices along the way home, this is the only place that I can truly say I will never go to again. Something isn’t right here. Please be careful."

"As soon as we arrived, our host, Terri, made us feel incredibly welcome. We chatted with her for a bit while our lunch was being prepared, and there weren't any other customers waiting to be served at that time. She was also attentive when she came by to clean up and checked in on us. Terri is a lovely person who really contributed to making our visit enjoyable, turning it into more than just a great meal. If you happen to visit when she’s working, consider yourself lucky! And be sure to mention that you heard about her from TripAdvisor. As always, the food at Wendy's was excellent. We ordered our usual salads, which are both satisfying and nutritious. I can never get enough of them. Kudos to Team Wendy's for consistently delivering good food, and special thanks to the owner for providing this convenient stop for us when we need a Wendy's fix. Just a heads up: the Wendy's isn’t actually right off Route 3. After taking Exit 12, you’ll need to head east on Route 139 for about a mile. Be ready to turn left at the traffic light shortly before reaching Wendy's; it’s right after the 7-Eleven convenience store on the left. The return trip is also straightforward and safe, but be alert for any traffic changes. Since I arrived in Boston a bit early, I also took a quick detour to the Christmas Tree Shops on the left side of Route 139 on my way back to the highway. The entrance to the Christmas Tree Shops is right after the Shell gas station, just before the ramp heading north on Route 3. There’s a traffic light to help you make that left turn safely, and when you’re done shopping, you can easily return to Route 139. If you decide to stop for a bite, you won’t regret it. And don’t forget to say hi to Wendy for me, and let her know you heard about her on social media!"
