"After getting my COVID shot, I walked back to Wendy's, but the lights were still off. However, I noticed they were taking orders through the drive-thru. I decided to go inside and stood there for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Finally, I spoke to the manager on duty and mentioned my mobile order. He informed me that the dining room was closed and suggested I use the drive-thru. I explained that I had walked there and didn't have a car. The dining area should have been open until 8 PM, and I had placed my order well before 7:30.
They struggled to find my order, but after explaining what I had ordered, they prepared it for me. When I got home and started eating, I noticed the bacon on my sandwich was burnt to a crisp. I will never return to this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is incredibly disappointing."
