"Great food, cozy spot. Though the space is on the small side, the simple decor has touches to make it cozy (vintage posters, chalkboard) and a surprisingly large menu with excellent salads, entrees, apps, and a some tasty imported beers and sodas. Huge staff. This resto became one of my favorites because the food is simple and done exceptionally well. The entrees meat, black beans, rice, salsa, farofa, plantains both look colorful and appealing, and are exceptionally tasty (I think my favorite is called bistec tropicalia or something like that). Parking is alright too, they have a $3 valet lot or you can find a bit of curb in the neighborhood behind the resto. I'm really into places that have great food, good lighting, efficient service, interesting menus, and easy parking and this pretty much hits everything."
