"I went here after a surgery today for some Greek fries for the first time ever. It?s my favorite food and so I wanted it as a comfort post op and the experience was terrible. Obviously because of covid the sauce is packaged separately but I was expecting Tzatziki or a white sauce of the like and I received feta covered ketchup. Which I get it if mistakes are made, there were some fairly young people taking care of the food so they could have been in training, but when I went back after arriving home to find the mistake they were closed. It was only 2 minutes past even though it said online they close at 9:00 they closed an hour before. People were still inside so I asked my cohort to go and get it fixed or ask for a refund (as I am disabled and would have struggled to get out of the car) and rather than assist they turned us away and left me with the sad excuse for Greek fries. I paid more than six dollars for less fries than I could get in a large at McDonald?s for three dollars. The only difference was that these are poorly cooked and had feta on top. Not to mention they didn?t have change so I paid extra because they didn?t have enough to return (which I was totally ok with). Overall it was terrible service and bad food that was incorrectly advertised. I am very dissatisfied and I hope that they are able to clean their act up in the future."

"They post signs ALL over staying how they 're Back Open after renovations, but if you go there randomly at 3 pm on a weekday they 're closed for 'shift change '? Yeah, I know how shift changes work(my sister used to work for Dixie Queen), you don 't have to shut down the entire place to change shift leads, etc. Dixie Queen already takes forever to prepare an order(because it 's cooked to order), but I 'll find somewhere else to go, there 's ALWAYS something going on at this one!"

"I want to give a big shout-out to Joe! During my last two visits, he was incredibly friendly and addressed the mistakes the waitresses made promptly. He apologized and quickly resolved any issues. His dedication to customer care really stands out and won't deter me from returning. The food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was clean. I do have a small suggestion for the waitstaff: it might help if they take their time and read the orders back to customers to prevent any mix-ups. But I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again!"

"beautiful people- decent tasting food- but dangerous food. my pregnant woman and a year old baby are violently ill today after they ate their chicken pliers last night. this is the only meal my wife and my child divided into weeks, so we are very confident that this was the source. I'm not one to check site or try to hurt a local business, but that's really unacceptable and dangerous. it is a thing for a teenager or young adult to get food poisoning, but it is a completely different world when her little and pregnant woman goes through that. I hope this happens with the incident before other vulnerable individuals go through such a terrible experience as we are currently."

"We ordered the vegan burgers with the FB fries (non-vegan b/c they have Parmesan on them) and one with the regular fries (plain), and a side of collard greens. The sauce was good, and we wished we had some on the side to dip our fries into. The patty was soft (which is to be expected with a homemade vegan burger but I was hopeful it would have a little more texture and not just be, well, mushy). After eating them we would have preferred the Beyond Burger option and maybe the hand-cut fries or the sweet potato fries instead. The collard greens were a good texture, however quite bland. There could have been more onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar or something to make them pop. Overall, would recommend if you need food to sober up, or you are just needing something other than salad. But, we probably will not be back."

"I placed a delivery order with an estimated wait time of 30-45 minutes, but after ordering, the wait suddenly extended to over an hour. Since I wouldn't be home at that time, I wasn’t able to get a refund. This experience has made me decide never to order from this restaurant again, resulting in losing my money. It’s just not worth the trouble. I’ll also make sure not to recommend this place. It's a shame because I only tried their food once, and it was actually great, but losing $15 just isn’t worth it."

"We were planning on eat at the food trucks at Long Wharf but due to heavy rain they all closed early. Then I found this place on map. They were busy with both walk in and call in orders. There is no place to sit so we had to order to go and bring to hotel. The portions are good, food would be crispier if we could eat right there. We had two combo boxes with fish claim stripes, shrimps calamaris. They all tasted very fresh, lightly battered and fried to golden crispy. Kids had hamburger and hot dog kids meals."

"Fast forward ten months, and I tried the two cheeseburger plate over home fries, paired with onion rings and loaded with meat hot sauce, diced onions, grilled onions, grilled peppers, sweet peppers, mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard. The sides were perfectly crispy, and every item was spot on. Henrietta Hots has always been fantastic, but they just keep getting better! In December 2023, I had the Godfather Plate, which included grilled cheese, steak, two cheeseburgers over home fries, and mac and cheese. I requested extra meat sauce, dry, extra cheese, raw onions, and grilled mushrooms, onions, and peppers. It was the best plate I've ever had in my life. It was so easy to eat—OMG!"

"I recently discovered an incredible local restaurant that I can't stop talking about! The friendly atmosphere from the moment I walked in made it feel welcoming. Their cheeseburgers, fries, shakes, and wings were absolutely amazing! The cheeseburgers were particularly outstanding, with juicy and flavorful patties topped with melted cheese and served on perfectly toasted buns. Each bite was perfection! "My wife and I were here for the first time. We sat pretty fast and asked what we wanted to drink and whether we were ready to order. We gave the waitress our drinks requests and told her we were not ready. It took about 15 minutes until she came back to us as several customers left at the same time. I ordered the ribs, Brisket, Mac n cheese and perpetrators. The meats were dry without the delicious BBQ sauce and the sides were really good. My wife had the chicken and loaded potatoes she said was good. The staff was very nice and friendly, but they seemed understated and overwhelmed. I really appreciate seeing the whole hometown sign, especially Chris Kyle support. We will return here to try different dishes."
