"Visited Cliffs Rendezvous on Sunday with two friends and unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations. We were excited to try the marinated porterhouse steak, but it arrived lukewarm and was not cooked to the medium rare we requested. Additionally, the sweet potato fries were cold upon serving. Service was noticeably slow; our waitress rarely checked on us, which was disappointing, especially as we noticed tables that arrived after us receiving their food first. Given that we drove an hour to get there, the overall experience was a letdown. On a positive note, the clam chowder was good, but this was a small consolation in light of the other issues. I hope this feedback helps improve service for future customers."
