"As a regular customer, I've enjoyed their food every time I’ve ordered. I live about a mile and a half away and placed my order at 3:15 PM, with a promised delivery time of 4:06 PM. When I hadn't heard anything by 4:20 PM, I called to check on the status, and the pizza finally arrived 20 minutes later than promised. This was frustrating, especially since I had ordered early to ensure I would have time before an important meeting.
Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed something was off. The pizza was delivered in a 12-inch box, which obviously isn't large enough for a 15-inch pizza. I took a moment to calculate the value I received: I paid for 176 square inches of pizza, but only received 96 square inches (8x12). That’s only 55% of what I expected, translating to a very steep $7.50 per slice for a mere fraction of the anticipated pizza. Disappointing.
In the past, other restaurants have reached out to confirm when a substitution or change occurs, asking if I was still okay with a smaller pizza than what I'd ordered. That kind of communication is good business, but here, I was left with an unpleasant surprise. While the pizza tastes delicious and deserves 5 stars, I have to give a 3-star rating due to the quantity issue.
It’s a shame, as I’ve always appreciated their food, but this experience was too disappointing. I recommend being cautious when ordering through their website; it might be better to call them directly instead."
