"After ordering an expensive meal, I received my delivery only to find that there were no utensils and several other items were missing. I called to speak with the manager to inform them of the issue, hoping they would address it with their staff. However, the manager explained that they couldn't take action because the staff member was only 16 years old and that their parents wouldn’t want them to be reprimanded for what happened. We spent a significant amount of money on just a few meals, and as a result, we could only eat half of them. Initially, I didn’t even want a refund; I simply wanted to ensure that the team would pay better attention to prevent this from happening to someone else. But after hearing the manager’s response, I decided to request a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that no refund could be processed through Uber Eats. I strongly recommend that fellow fans of this restaurant visit the Brentwood location instead, as the customer service there is far superior. Poor leadership leads to disappointing experiences."
