"At first glance, it might seem like just another typical Mexican restaurant, but this place has become a must-visit during our vacation. We had a 7-year-old with us who usually sticks to simpler foods, but he enjoyed their classic cheeseburger and even ventured out of his comfort zone by trying guacamole and chicken fajitas for the first time—and he actually liked them! If you’ve dealt with picky eaters, you know how significant that is!"

"I used to pass by this restaurant almost every day but never stopped in. However, this morning, I was parked right across the street and thought, why not give it a try? I ordered a sandwich and a black iced tea. I was pleasantly surprised because the sandwich was delicious and the iced tea was fresh. The customer service was outstanding—the gentleman at the counter was friendly and quick. The café was clean and well-organized. I left as a happy customer! "

"First time here with my young family and the food was OK. We got the Buffalo Wings (which are not spicy, I was expecting some spicy) and I don't recommend getting them. Hardly any meat on them. Mostly fat and the breaded coated around them. Definitely not getting them ever again. The Philly Cheese steak was alright. I was hoping it was going to be great but it wasn't. I don't recommend. Now, what really was a lot better than the wings and the Philly Cheese Steak were, Eggs Benedict, County Fried Steak and Eggs, French toast combo and Chicken Parmigiana were pretty good. The only staff we encountered was Angie and she was so amazing! Seriously, wow!!!! She was so nice and welcoming and friendly. We'd go back ONLY because she was so nice!Parking: Lot's of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible"

"I always say that if a restaurant can cook a burger right, it's a worthwhile spot. This place definitely knows what it's doing. The cook on the line may not have looked like he was having the best day, but he certainly made mine! For my first visit, I kept it simple and ordered just a cheeseburger without any sides. After finishing only half of it, I was already full. They even included a pickle on the side! I highly recommend this place; if you find yourself in Southfield and need a quick bite, definitely check out StackerZ. They also served my food quickly, which is always a plus. It’s amusing how people react when I place my order since I'm a bigger guy and they expect me to order more. However, after having gastric bypass surgery, they don’t realize that I simply can't handle a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. Regardless, thanks for a great meal!"

"Just had a horrible experience with Jake, the alleged manager. He made a mistake on our delivery order, when we got home and realized they had made the mistake, we called and they told us to come to pick up the correct food. When we got there he proceeded to tell us we needed to pay for it (basically pay for the double order). When I told him I did not bring the incorrect order back with me knowing they clearly wouldn’t be able to resell it, he proceeded to charge me 52 bucks for the 2 salads… yes salads. We walked away very disappointed. On top of it all, he gave us major attitude. We wasted 45 minutes driving back and forth to our home. We would have expected much more professionalism and empathy. It was simply 2 salads with chicken, and the company should have easily replaced these."

"The restaurant feels like a strange mix of a former diner and a dollar store, or maybe even a flea market, with an odd assortment of items scattered throughout. You’ll find everything from canned tuna and aspirin to coffee mugs and antiques—and even canned sardines—all piled up on tables and shelves where they just don’t belong in a restaurant setting. It felt like a time capsule, but unfortunately, not a pleasant one. I've been trying to stop at different small-town truck stops and restaurants to check out the atmosphere and grab a bite, but this place was really peculiar. I ordered nachos, a crispy chicken wrap, and a Reuben, and all of them were definitely below average. Nothing special or homemade, and it seems they’re simply trying to keep things running on an extremely tight budget. To be honest, this place makes an Iron Skillet look like a luxury hotel. There’s plenty of parking available, and they charge $15 for a shower, which I’m going to skip. If I happen to drive along Highway 39 again, I’ll likely keep going unless I really, really need to stop."

"I would give it more stars if the bar was larger. So to the owner... If you remodel then make the bar larger. Also it would be nice to get some mariachis in here every once in awhile. We love the triple dinner you have on the menu we get to try different foods with that order. Love how you do the lighting in there it changes with the music. Lots of parking here. Probably our favorite Mexican restaurant on this coast Great job to the staff and the owner. We ordered the blue margarita and the spicy cucumber margarita I love the spicy cucumber. I would refine the blue one a little bit better. Get some better flavors in there. Please make the bar larger!"

"The menu offers a wide variety of choices, and the desserts are truly impressive. We began our meal with the spinach cake, which exceeded our expectations. I was informed that I could choose a lunch platter or dinner plate for my meal. I opted for the dish that included a soup or salad, a drink, dessert, and a choice of potatoes or rice. For the salad option, the Greek salad can be served with or without anchovies, making it a great choice for vegetarians. The lemonade was served in a large glass with one complimentary refill, which was more than sufficient. The dessert options that accompanied the meal were quite extensive, featuring cheesecake, carrot cake, and much more. We were thoroughly impressed by both the food and the service. The waitstaff were attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Thank you, Omega Restaurant, for a wonderful dining experience!"

"This used to be a great restaurant, but not anymore. Prices have increased while the quality of the food has declined. My husband spoke to the manager, but all they offered was a vague acknowledgment. The food was very bland; the Carne Asada was tough and fatty, and the strawberry tacos were incredibly dry. When the waitress brought out the chips and salsa, she only provided half a basket for six people, which was disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant had loud music playing for their late evening entertainment, so we were frequently interrupted by sudden bursts of loud, high-pitched sounds during our meal at 6:00 PM—not exactly the vibe we were looking for, especially since we were there long before the entertainment started. I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but we’ve been loyal customers for at least eight years and remember how good it used to be. It’s definitely not the same! All we wanted was a genuine apology from the manager, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive one for the poor service."

"I’m sorry I don’t have any pictures of the delicious cold subs I ordered, along with Ruba's pizza (I ordered a small, but it was actually quite large!). My favorite was the cold sub with salami and provolone cheese, loaded with lots of spicy marinated veggies, fresh tomatoes, and lettuce. Thank you, and I will definitely return!"

"As for my veal sub, it was mediocre and lukewarm, while my husband's was tough and thick, rendering it nearly inedible. To add to the surprise, there was a cooked carrot in the sauce, which was quite unexpected. I'm really looking for more consistency from a takeout restaurant. Maybe the food quality is better when school isn’t in session. Overall, it felt like a $40 waste since the meal was hard to chew and not enjoyable at all. I won’t be ordering from them again. I rated it 3 stars because I had positive experiences in the past, but this last one was disappointing."

"I've walked past this restaurant for years, and I really wish I had visited it earlier. The food was absolutely fantastic—definitely a 10 out of 10—and the prices were very reasonable. I ordered the hatch eggs Benedict, and it was more than enough for a full meal. I can't wait to return! The waitress was incredibly attentive and made sure my coffee cup was always full."
