"Absolutely love this location. My husband and I went to get some pizza and decided to dine in. (Hiding from our kids ???? We told the cashier that we were eating out and didn't want our kids to know that we ate out without them. She made sure at the endwe got a to go box for our leftovers, so that our kids wouldn't know we left them out. To be honest everyone that works at thislocation are very kind. The service and food is always amazing! We had the 14 inch pizza with garlic knots. The garlic knotstaste as though the dough was made that morning! The pizza always taste GREAT! Please let everyone at your location know that myhusband and said THANK YOU for your amazing customer service."

"Most importantly, this is the best pizza by the slice available in Bay Ridge right now.We stopped in on a Saturday for a quick lunch and to-go order and walked away pleasantly satisfied. The Hot Grandma's square with pepperoni and Mike's Hot Honey was delicious and very well-balanced. The Mediterranean slice was fresh and featured an abundance of fresh vegetables and olives. The to-go item was a buffalo chicken slice which looked and tasted amazing.The only disappointment was the small order of garlic knots. It did not taste like it was made with the same dough as the pizza, or the same sauce as on the pizza. Leading to an off taste when being eaten along with the pizza. This issue does not impact my review as I was hoping for good pizza and received excellent pizza.Other than that, good service, employees, and a clean establishment."

"I love Il Panino, both the people who work there and their excellent food. This past weekend, they catered a 90th birthday party for my mother. I love this business because I had no idea what I was doing when I initially reached out to them, meaning I didn't even know what to order for my mom's party. The lovely Jody, who handles catering, helped me with everything. She was so kind, patient, and accommodating. Everything that I ordered for our party was perfect: specialty sandwiches, potato and macaroni salads, bang bang shrimp (AWESOME! and yummy food for the kiddos! Everyone at the party raved about the food. Anthony prepared our order and delivered it to my house. What a nice guy and what a fantastic cook. I can't wait to go to Il Panino's with my hubby for dinner. And their prices are reasonable. Il Panino is a great place."

"Or ordered from here several times and the girl who answers the phone could care less about customer service. She has given the driver the wrong address each time I've ordered so instead of waiting 40 minutes I've waited 1hr to 1hr a half for my foot to arrive. "Had been to Wilkes previously for a sandwich that was stacked with meat and cheese. Decided to come back for wraps and was severely disappointed. Asked for Kathy’s chicken salad which is still on the menu in store and was told they don’t make that at all anymore. They are the skinniest wraps ever seen and barely filled at all. Won’t return again as they are not worth the money they charge for it. The customer service was less than friendly as well."

"Worst delivery experience I?ve had to date. As a person who?s worked in the industry for 20 years, it?s nearly impossible to make me displeased enough to leave a review. I ordered take out from this establishment in June and was sent the complete wrong dish. I managed bc at least it was still pretty good, although not what I wanted. I decided to give them another shot. I ordered penne vodka with crabmeat at a total of $19. What got delivered to my house was plain penne pasta with blush sauce? not one piece of crab. I nicely called and explained to them what happened and the man who answered the phone told me ?I?m lying? and that ?his chef swears I?m crazy and that he made it correctly. He proceeded to argue with me about how I?m wrong and didn?t offer any ways on how to fix this situation. Then he asked me if he could put me on hold as I heard him talking negatively about me to staff members saying that I?m nuts and he believes them and ?ya just can?t make people happy? ? when I told him I heard what he said he responded.. ?you?re right, you can?t? ? this was the most unprofessional thing I?ve ever encountered and this place will never get another dollar of my money"

"Despite the noise, we had a wonderful experience. Our server was attentive and prompt. The food was excellent; we ordered tenderloins that were incredibly meaty and served hot. Others at our table had wings, which were also exactly as requested and piping hot. We celebrated a birthday and were treated to a large, warm chocolate chip cookie topped with a generous scoop of ice cream. Even though it’s quite a drive for us, we would definitely like to return."

"I absolutely adore the food at Ginos and make sure to stop by every time I visit NYC! The staff is also incredibly friendly and I always have a wonderful experience here. "Really good pizza. It seems to be family races. My son just moved to the neighborhood. My son typically orders the tacos or quesadillas, which are still very good. I will be placing an order through a food delivery app to test if the quality remains consistent across the menu and will provide another update here! Previous 1-star review from 3 years ago: I have ordered from this restaurant before and the food was good. However, my recent order through a delivery service was a disappointment. The wings and fries were cold and burnt, and the order was incorrect. I was extremely disappointed with this experience."
