"Sept, 2022 We tried the birria fries. They were pretty good. It's definitely meant for at least 3 people. I got the quesadilla de al pastor. There were some bits of pieces that were meant to go to someone's else dish. I got a piece of chicken and mushroomlol Their drinks look really appealing so I will try one next time. Our waitress was nice. I been here a few timesbefore, justnever wrote a review before. The first couple of times, the rice was always too salty and the beans weren't good (this was morethan a year ago). I wouldve probably given them a 3/5 at that time. I won a gift card to eat here so we went on 07/17/21 duringlunch. It looked a bit busy but we were seated immediately. I got the al pastor torta with fries. My fiance got the acp but withsteak, shrimp and chicken. The chips and salsa were banging. We got our food just when we were done munching on the chips. Mytorta was pretty good. Huge, I could only eat half. My only critique is that the torta bread was already starting to sog bc ofall the sauces. I tried the rice from my fiance's plate. It wasn't salty like how I remember it last time. Our server was ayoung male. His service was okay. Only checked on us once after we were done eating. He seemed shy so he mustve been new. Iwould come here again."

"I gave this restaurant a shot against my better judgment… ordered the fajita it was terrible. Honestly it looked like leftover dog food. How can they serve customers this with a straight face? It was unpleasant to the eye so I threw it out. Money wasted. Update: to reply to the owners condescending comment how is my truth considered disrespectful? You need tougher skin. You should be able to take criticism in your line of work. Sir/ mam if I pay you for a meal but I’m not satisfied technically yes I am entitled to receive my moneys worth. I am entitled to have a meal properly cooked not just thrown together. It wasn’t like you gave me free food out of the kindness of your heart. Lastly sir/ mam how can I see return food from a carry out order which I did not pickup. I don’t have time to travel to another town to complain about food. Maybe you should consider taking a course on customer service. Just my two cents."

"this margaritas is on the campus of the mercer university in the mercer village. they had a good selection of items in the menu. the waiting staff was a little sluggish first, but better. eating was good and timely brought out. no long waiting time. the table we were sitting on was not super clean, there were eating on the menu and the floors were a little slippery when they were fucked with a greasy mop. Otherwise, eating was good and no other problems."

"This restaurant is by far the best around of its kind. I’ve been ordering from Them for over a year if not longer, and every single item on the menu that I try is delicious. Some may think the prices are a little much for this type of cuisine, but you get large portions every time the ingredients are always fresh!! Food comes super fast has NEVER been cold! I don’t have any bad words for this place and I will continue to order from them for as long as I live in NJ. Thank you for making picking lunch or dinner so easy for my husband and I haha."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We've been searching for a decent tostado for quite some time, and California Burrito really delivered. I anticipated receiving just two small tostados (one beef and one chicken as a little experiment), but I was pleasantly surprised by the generous serving. They came loaded with toppings, and while the bell peppers were a bit unusual, I actually enjoyed them. The amount of meat was impressive—shredded beef (YUM!) instead of ground beef. Both the chicken and beef were well-seasoned without being too spicy. We were provided with forks, plenty of napkins, and two types of salsa (red and green), all of which were delicious. I can't wait to try more items from the menu, especially now that they’ve opened a location closer to our home!"

"With many taquerias to choose from in the Mission district, La Cumbre has some catching up to do to match its former reputation. While it's still a small and cozy spot, the food doesn't quite live up to the hype created by its history and famous fans. The quesadilla was served lukewarm and lacked flavor, needing extra salsa to make up for it. Overall, there's room for improvement."
