"When my food was ready, a different employee called me over, and my meal was already packed up in a tied bag. They never asked if I wanted to dine in (which is an option), so I ended up taking it to go and eating in my car, despite planning to eat there. The girl who handed me the food was also dismissive and didn't seem to care much.
As for the burger, it looked a bit messy (as shown in the photo), but it was actually well-seasoned and tasted good, though it was quite greasy. Naturally, I had to try the chicken too, given that the restaurant has "chicken" in its name, so I expected it to be great. The chicken was seasoned well, crispy, and fully cooked but also a bit greasy (as seen in the picture). It wasn't as greasy as KFC, but definitely greasier than Popeye's.
Overall, I'd rate my experience a 5 or 6 out of 10. It was definitely disappointing. The restaurant could improve by being more attentive and friendly, reducing the amount of grease, and presenting the food in a better way."
