"I went with a group of friends to eat here for lunch. The special gyro burger is really good. It's a meat patty topped with lamb meat. It is delicious! Ordered some chicken wings which was not to my liking because it smelled like chicken however it tasted good. It's a nice place to grab a quick meal. Satisfied!"

"The food was excellent! Unfortunately, they did forget to include our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. I understand that it can be hectic when it's busy; I work in the food industry and customer service too, so I know it’s not always easy. However, that doesn't justify treating customers poorly."

"Got a good deal on local flavor so thought I'd try it out. If you're using the local flavor deal, you need to use the whole amount pretax so be ready for some leftovers. Not a bad little place. I tried their bacon cheese burger on their pretzel bun and their pretzel stocks. The burger was OK, nothing special but the fries were good. Fries were fresh cut, crispy and just the right amount of salt. Pretzel sticks were good but the cheese sauce was meh. The vanilla cake was good as well."

"If you’re looking for a simple and affordable meal in LA, you’ve found it. I have been searching for a new turkey burger spot (my comfort food) and ETB is it. It was so delicious, not terribly expensive, and the portion of fries was unbelievable. My boyfriend got a pulled pork wrap and it was ENORMOUS. We will definitely be frequenting this spot."

"My 2 friends and I came here and got a table for 4 easily. Good seating area, there is also a couch and armchairs in the back. Nice and clean. The employees were nice and friendly. Coffees are good,food is good. They also have salads,sandwiches and bakery items. Will be back. The bathroom is clean as is the tables and floor. Good place to spend time and relax. Went again today and had a decaf iced coffee with sugar free hazelnut,very good. The weather was nice and people sat outside, there are covered tables too. Our group enjoyed our visit."

"By fat some of the worst food I've eaten in years! The ribs look either boiled or baked, they are gray colored and smothered in a red sauce that tastes nothing like bbq. Pretty gross, my babe almost threw up. The fried chicken was so dark and oil soaked. Completely inedible and had no seasoning at all. The fried flounder was basically a piece of fish covered in flour and fried in old oil. Paid over $50 just to eat 3 bites, throw it all away, and grab Wendy's. SMDH.... save yourself the disappointment and complete waste of time (and MONEY) and EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"Had ordered today the four piece box. Got charged 6 dollar more than(for a total of 14.99 for a four piece suddenly)... forgot the buns and the fries....with this order we also got the 5 piece tenders combo with fries and a soda...also was charged 14.99and.once again no fries. The tenders were microscopic. No dipping sauce. Yet they remember a handfulof ketchup...for my twoorders of missing fries and buns and soda. They didn't forget to.double charge us though. Was a weekly customer. No longer."

"Terrible service. The employee at the front clearly did not own up to her own mistakes. Our meal showed ready and there was only one meal finished waiting. When we showed our receipt, this female employee refused to read it and gave us the wrong meal, while still preparing it. Even when someone else came in to claim that meal, which was theirs, the employee still would not let us get our meal. She then badgered her boss instead to come out, who right away gave us the correct meal that had been just sitting there. With all her attitude, terrible service. This is my first time writing a negative review because this service is so bad."

"My family and I always come to this one just cause it is so close to our house. Today we went and asked for cones (3- 2 medium and 1 large). The one medium cone was so sideways on the cone it fell on my lap as we left the parking lot. The large was the same size as the mediums. All were sloppy made they were dripping so badly on the way home! The one didn't even make the drive home!One plus was that they were nice and fast. But how they presented Dairy Queen was not so good. Kinda disappointed this time around"

"To make matters worse, the sandwiches I've received have often been stale, dry, and overcooked to the point of being difficult to chew. Since I usually stop at Bo's while traveling, I often find myself having to pick apart the sandwiches to eat only the parts that are somewhat edible. This is unacceptable, especially considering they seem to prepare one order at a time. It feels like I’m being served chicken that has been left under a heat lamp for too long and then refried in a failed attempt to reheat it. I've tried giving them several chances, but I’m officially done with this place. Next time, I will seek out a more reputable Bo's with professional staff and fresh food. It’s evident that they need more employees, better training, and competent managers and supervisors to uphold a professional standard."
