"I ordered food from this restaurant tonight. When I went to pay for my food. I handed him (owner) my credit card. Before he ran the card, I told him to add something from the cooler that was right next to the register. When I turned around from the cooler, the owner had thrown my credit card on the counter and went about his way. Instead of handing it back My credit card to me. I told him that was very unsafe and I could’ve just walked away, not realizing that he didn’t hand me back my card. That it was very impolite And disrespectful of him to just throw my card down on the counter . This wasn’t the first time he was rude to me. This is the second and last time because I would never go back there again. He seems like he just doesn’t like my presence there for no reason. So I will Take my money and spend it somewhere where I am appreciated."

"Normally this is my go to place to eat, however they changed the menu, ok so we tried something new, they burnt our first app which was mushroom, goatcheese and brie flatbread, that took forever to come out,the brie rine was so overwhelming I thought there was anchovies on it. Then brought my salad bites in. I ordered braised meatballs which I have enjoyed many times except this visit. I got globs of cold cheese, they took it back and brought it out still not right, usually its brown and bubbling, not so much this time. We have eaten here on many occasions and never have had any issues. Service was ok, took a few minutes to get our servers attention, it was friday after so it wasn't terribly busy, many open tables outside. I don't really know what has changed, new chef maybe, but we won't bother going again. They did take the meatballs off the tab though. I used to really love this place, very disappointed we won't be returning"

"The food is good and quickly made. I ordered two sandwiches and they only gave me one. I called to question it and the lady said oh we ran out of corn beef so we could only make one no one called to tell me in advance, which was annoying and rude. The customer service isn 't good at all; however, the food is. There are also very good lunch specials available every day and even on weekends."

"I asked for a moment to discuss alternative options with my family, but the person on the phone responded with an irritable tone, insisting that I needed to figure out what my family wanted because they couldn't fulfill my initial order. There was also no mention of a refund for the price difference, leaving me to wonder if I would have to take that up with my bank later. Honestly, this person's attitude almost made me want to cancel my entire order, especially given my attempts to be polite. I understand that things can go wrong, but I still wanted to give their business a chance. However, the customer service was exceptionally poor. I don't know who answered the phone, but the restaurant should really consider training their staff to communicate better with customers. As for the food, we had requested to have a sub cut into thirds instead of halves, but that request was apparently too much to accommodate. The representative made a big deal about needing to make fresh pizza because they didn’t have any pre-baked crusts available, despite the fact that the hotel was only a short 7-minute drive away from the restaurant. Also, when delivering to a hotel, it would be nice to include utensils, napkins, or something similar, especially since I had ordered two salads. The food was decent, but the overall experience in the restaurant was quite disappointing."

"I hadn't been to Diana's in a while only for 1 reason I miss the old.guy and I hate change. Any way what a mistake some times a gem can be hidden in front of your face. There a quarter mile.from my house. .I ordered. A Siscilian with pepperoni and sausage a 15 minute was 10 better than any of the other places some of which were.closed Monday due to staffing shortages. I got a very tasty pizza the sause has a nice sweet taste the crust was crisp around the.edge. With just enough dough to not sog with the weight of a healthy amount of toppings. I am from New York I know what good Pizza is supposed to taste like good Job"

"Great atmosphere, drinks and food. My only issue was the lack of social distancing inside. On the patio the tables seemed spread out, but inside had people sitting side by side at the bar and it was packed. Only time customers wore their masks was to go to the restroom, so don’t really see how you could avoid others. Overall, this seems like a great place to hangout, but I will not be returning until after the pandemic since it now seems irresponsible of me to go while we still have cases"

"my wife ordered the burritos deluxe, which should be 2 combination burritos, one with huh and be drilling and the other bark with beef. they only brought a burrito that was only bark meat, not a buzz inside. we tried to correct it and bring the right burritos to both of us. they brought 2 burritos a huh and a bark meat no borons were taken on a separate plate. we talked to two different people. neither the greatest English spoken so that I don't think they understood what we were trying to say. the right price for the right burritos deluxe was $10 and some changes listed in the menu. the burritos deluxe that was thrown on the entrance was 2 different burritos deluxe and $7 and some changes. that tells me that she doesn't know her own menu and that she's also a bit messed up in the computer. because of the language barrier, I tried to correct it. was not too happy about this visit and usually have no problems coming here."

"Italy is a small local pizza joint that has the appearance of your typical neighborhood pizzeria. Beautiful paintings of Italy decorate the walls and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I was extra hungry, so I went with my usual level and added a white slice and a Sicilian slice. The meal came with free bread, which was pleasantly fluffy and had a good mix of herbs and spices on it. The plain had quite decent sauce and cheese and the charred crust was good, but a bit burned in some places. The white was very fluffy with a good help of cheese. The square pane had really great sauce and parmesan and a nice amount of fluffy on the basis. Overall, I would say that Italy produces a good average piece of pizza."

"This was terrific as a little traditional 50s diner. Little parking lot on the side. Staff was very nice. I think the potato salad side was awesome. My companion liked the cole slaw side. My club sandwich had great ingredients but the bread was a little dry. My companion?s chicken salad was tasty but she also took hers off the dry bread. Not sure if more Mayo would help but I?ll ask for that next time."

"Hidden away in a pseudo stripmall sandwiched between a walmart and Ford dealership, this colorfully decorated Mexican restaurant offers a now standard to be expected Hispanic restaurant experience . Nothing wrong here. Greeted at the door by friendly culturally appropriate friendly younger men and escorted to a very colorfully decorated patio I was offered the traditional warm daily cooked chips and salsa, a very large flagon of Dos Equis. I had 2+ hours to kill waiting for tire replacement and no pressure was given to hurry me through the dining experience. An extensive menu so large at first viewing, if you are looking for it, it has to be offered. Average price per meal 15$. Big mug beer 9$, so 50$ minimum out the door for 2 folks is a reasonable expectation. There are so many offerings that it was a dice roll for choice. Most lunch specials under 10$. So many offerings, I couldn 't choose, so asked the manager to offer a suggestion and we decided on the Bistec Mexicano, ribeye, onions, tomatoes jalapenos. Guacamole salad, rice with corn tortillas. Manager Jose Baltazar was extremely helpful. Even with this extensive of a menu they are willing and able to create a lunch or dinner to one 's specific requirements. If you can dream it up they can create it. They also offer a free lunch card 5th one free. One can 't go wrong here. Asked for side of hot salsa and was not disappointed. Shout out to my server was Jose Alberto. It 's all about the sauces. Their home made salsas are awesome. So, as for a bit of negative,....i would have preferred the ribeye chunks more medium rare, but to be honest I didn 't request it that way. Overall opinion, I will be returning. Very pleased with the service and the food."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"

"It's in an office building and I couldn't find a bathroom to rate. If you're an economist you already know that the invisible hand of the market has spoken loud and clear, Subway makes the best, most delicious subs on earth. (They sell the most subs) If you are a normal person and have been unimpressed and underwhelmed by other sub shops, port of subs will woo you back to the sandwich world. It's delicious and cut fresh right in front of you with a giant meat slicer. We go out of our way to come whenever we can. I only wish there were more locations."

"I'm a known sandwich and hoagie guy, and by far the best is here with the South Philly. I get oil and mayo, roasted red peppers and hot pepper spread on the deeded. It can't be beat. The Wiz Wit style cheesesteak is also freaking amazing. Both hit hard. I used to order a few times a week in my bigger days, now it's a cheat day favorite. The chicken wings are great wit or w/o sauce. This location doesn't have alot of dine in customers but ALOT of takeout/delivery."

"No Frills is a staple in the Kennedale/Arlington community. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school! Always a great time reuniting with friends. Food is good and customer service is always above par. Came in on a busy Thanksgiving Eve with a smaller group, not expecting more people would show up. Dave was more than accommodating opening up the big room for us to all have a place to sit and enjoy our night. Kudos to Matthew as well! He had a big section but he was always there ready and attentive. Keep up the good work! The experience is always improving."

"If I could give this place a zero star I would! We went on sept 15th, From the second we got their they were very rude. They only let us order one sandwich in the drive thru and when we asked them if we could order our second one they told us ?we don?t have time for this?. So we paid for the one and left. When we got home we opened it and it was mangled, looked like someone even punched it out of frustration. The next day I call and talk to ALEX, the shift leader, in my opinion she should definitely not be in customer service they way she talked to us was extremely rude. After I told her exactly when happened She proceeded to call me a liar. When I asked for cooperates number she told me I am capable of googling it and hung up. Best believe I did google it and called! I will NEVER be back."
