"I’m sorry to say it was an awful experience, we’ve been coming to Grazianos in Hialeah for over 25 yrs my children were under 12 at the time. My husband is a meat lover and even if pricey we do not mind paying if value and service is there..we were always happy, celebrated birthdays anniversaries invited and referred friends over. The service personnel has always been on point, this last visit, the meat was not great, the waitress delayed the appetizers, then we ordered 2 ravioli dinners one with red sauce one with white, the red sauce ravioli was not ordered and had to wait, the other meals had mash potatoes as sides and one was Augratin potatoes, only one mashed potatoes came with the meal, she returned later with one side of mashed that was served in a larger plate looked watery and like instant potatoes, the other potatoes not ready yet my meat was ice cold and I had to tell her to forget it and then she offered to warm up and bring together, needless to say the meat was beyond dried out my cut was medium well....didn’t complaint fearing someone would spit in my food.....throughout this whole ordeal not an apology or explanation she just said ok I’ll be back, we had to flag her twice from another table tired of waiting, had she done the proper apology and sincere it would of made a heck of a difference....out ticket was over $300 definitely not a Burger King meal....we as a family were so disappointed and dissatisfied we vowed never to return, not even for the benefit of the doubt if there was a manager there was no where in site only 3 people on the floor, definitely not the personnel that had been there over the years with the exception of one, such a shame because we always like to support businesses in the community....we might try Grazianos in Coral Gables one last time.....thank you for allowing me to review and also great referrals of steak houses in Doral to try next time."
