"I wish we had Veggie Grills all over the States…I’m not sure I would ever cook again! We popped into Seattle for a few hours and the Veggie Grill had over 100 reviews…so of course we went there and I’m so glad we did. We both ordered a Lentil Soup and the Cali Tempeh Power Bowl and my husband ordered extra tempeh. The bowl has organic ancient grains, organic glazed tempeh, and organic power greens marinated in mango-lemon vinaigrette with organic avocado, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, spiced pepita seeds, and sesame gochu drizzle. The soup and Bowl came out to about $20 each tax. The bowl had a nice kick and the flavors mixed brilliantly with the textures of the ingredients. I wish I had one nearby where I live in FL so I could try everything! Updated from previous review on 2024-06-23"

"VG couldn't have done much to improve our experience. Everything we ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered a bowl, crab sandwich, nachos, and a kids burger with fries. It seemed like they may have given us extra fries by accident, but we weren't complaining. All of our food was served hot, came out quickly, and was incredibly tasty. The drinks had a perfect balance of flavor without being too sweet. The fries had a crispy outer layer and a creamy potato texture inside.Overall, we had a great dining experience at VG."

"We decided to try this place as we were on a short road trip. We were greeted promptly and sat in a booth. It as not very busy and a waitress was with us immediately. My wife has tiger shrimp and pasta and it was...very good. I wanted their roast beef dip sandwich with fries but asked the waitress for no aioli sauce and she said it was no problem. When then meals arrived, the waitress repeated no aioli sauce for you sure and I took her word for it. I took a bite and noticed the taste. I looked inside and it was loaded with sauce. By then I had the terrible taste(for me) in my mouth. I asked the waitress over and at first she said she specifically told the cook no sauce.. she looked inside apologized and went back to the kitchen to get me another one. So until it was done, I had to watch my wife eat while I waited. The sandwich finally arrived but by then my wife had to watch me eat, though I still had the taste in my mouth. The manager came over and did apologize but nothing else. Finally, when the bill arrived they told me they had comped my part of the meal which was good. The overall atmosphere and service was great but the bad taste in my mouth remained with me until later. My concern too was if I had an allergy , how dangerous would this of been."

"This veggie grill location is the worst I have ever been to. The food is consistently terrible, and the employees are always rude and creepy. My burger was lacking sauce, and the Mac and cheese was too liquidy. As soon as I walked in, the staff preparing the food couldn't stop staring and whistling at me. Despite placing a pickup order beforehand, the items I wanted were not available on the DoorDash app. When I brought this up to the cashier, she became frustrated and said she didn't know why. Additionally, the workers were speaking in Spanish with customers, which I found unacceptable. Why weren't they speaking English? How were they hired with no English skills? Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"When I arrived, the girl at the front, Lovelea, was very friendly and helpful regarding my incorrect order. However, when I received the tacos, she didn't provide any sauce at all. I politely asked the woman next to her for some sauce, including a request for extra. At that point, the girl suddenly became unfriendly and rolled her eyes at me, which was really surprising. I had been courteous throughout, acknowledging that mistakes can happen, but her abrupt change in attitude felt disrespectful and unnecessary."

"I stopped by the Dairy Queen located on Loop 256 in Palestine and ordered a Country Basket along with a Banana Split. The employees were engaged in a loud conversation while wearing masks, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat off. I have to deduct a star from my review due to the overall state of the restaurant; the tables were unclean and the door handle had not been wiped down. Additionally, the presentation of my Banana Split could have been more appealing."

"update: the owners said they close ende juni 2022. they have been denied for a food truck, but they do not give up.
