"The manager did speak with us before we left and mentioned he would consider sending me a gift voucher if I provided my email, but I haven't heard back yet (my visit was a week ago). On a positive note, the railway mi was well put together, and the sauce was really good, though the tofu was average. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Philly cheesesteak. Even though I’m not a fan of mushrooms, I could have eaten the whole sandwich—it was phenomenal and the main reason I’m giving this place three stars.
Unfortunately, we found that the service was quite slow, and our server seemed to need to be called over every time we needed something. He also had cat hair on his shirt, which was surprising. Additionally, I felt the pricing was a bit high for what we received; I paid $13 for a sandwich, which felt excessive. Although the manager tried his best to rectify the situation and even offered us dessert (which we declined), I was really disappointed that my birthday dinner didn’t meet my expectations. I would consider giving them another chance, but I recommend not expecting too much to avoid the disappointment I experienced."
