"My son begged me to go here after his surgery.. Today he was well enough to go to city and try your food. WHAT AN EXTREME EXPENSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. Ordered fried buffalo chicken sandwich which was neither crispy nor hot. Bun was soggy from the slaw and blue cheese it was not toasted at all. The cheese fries were really baby sized and for $5.50 ridiculously overpriced for the amount served in a little cup. Needless to say we were disappointed and still hungry. I feel bad that"

"I 've been to Gringo 's several times and had a great time, so I was excited to celebrate my son 's birthday there. I don 't know if it 's under new management or they couldn 't handle a busy Saturday night, but it was TERRIBLE. Once we got our table the waitress forgot about us- didn 't come around to take more drink orders, didn 't come around and ask how our meals were, and when we did get her attention to complain about the service her response was It 's busy tonight . The place is really cute and the food wasn 't bad, but sorry to say I probably won 't go back."

"The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were all excellent! We ordered the tuna tostada, smoked potatoes with mole, fried fish tacos, and grilled corn esquites, and everything was very tasty! My personal favorites were the tuna tostada and the grilled corn. It's worth mentioning that the portion sizes are a bit small, so while the food is beautifully presented, the flavors are truly delicious. We chose to sit in the outdoor area, which was lovely, especially with the weather being just right. It's a great place to bring a group of friends."

"Came here for dinner and my first impression is that this would be a great place to go after work or with a group of people. The restaurant is set up with large tables and different rooms. The atmosphere is loud and friendly. It was a nice evening and the large windows were wide open to the street, giving a nice semi-outdoor feel. There's also a patio to eat outside should the mood strike. Most of the menu is tapas-style. The food is a bit on the expensive side, so plan to spend around $25 per person not including drinks if you do tapas all around. The two of us had chicharron chicken, chicken enchiladas, and the butter lettuce salad. The chicharron was grilled perfectly with the delicious sauce--very tasty. We should have ordered a fourth dish because I was still a bit hungry when we left. The staff gave us very friendly and attentive service with a smile."
