As a family returning to Rochester from Europe, we were particularly excited to try the local specialties: Artichoke French and Chicken French, both unique dishes that this region is known for. Unlike other places where I might inquire about the local tales from the staff or owner, here it felt unnecessary—the flavors themselves conveyed the story.
