"My family has been visiting this restaurant since before it changed its name, back when it was a Friendly's. I'm not sure who's in charge of the kitchen, but I recently had the worst crab cake ever—it tasted like a cheap, jailhouse version. I couldn't even eat it, and I absolutely love crab cakes, so it's hard to believe someone could mess it up this badly. It was entirely made of bread, no actual crab at all. As for the "huge" scallops, they turned out to be imitation seafood. If I order crab cakes and scallops, that’s what I expect to receive. The crab cake was so bad that it felt like a punishment to eat it. Whoever is responsible for allowing such a dish to be served clearly has no taste. I'm appalled that I waited an hour for this meal and spent $30 on what turned out to be such a disappointing experience."
