"Located on the lower level of the Collage Culinary experience in Bloomingdale's South Coast Plaza, this restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience. The Cold Soba noodles with grilled shrimp were particularly noteworthy, bursting with exceptional flavor and just the right amount of heat. However, I deducted a star because it only came with two shrimp—three or four would have been much better. The addition of tofu and chili oil was a delightful touch! My partner ordered the Cheeseburger and absolutely devoured it; it was an excellent choice. Now, let’s talk about the fries—OMG, they are the best fries I’ve ever had! We couldn't resist ordering a side and ended up finishing every single one. They were outstanding—thick, baked to perfection, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. I would return just for the fries alone! On top of the great food, the service was excellent—responsive, attentive, and quick. This is a great spot to visit before or after a show across the street!"
