"Went on valentines day, just me and my husband . Was in the restaurant for over 2 and a half hours! Was only able to get 1 drink each. Took an hour to even get starters then just over another hour to get mains. We tried to leave before mains as had booked the cinema and was told our food was just coming, and we would get a big discount. We waited another 20 minutes food came, and wasn't great. Asked for the bill, (that was a challenge in itself theres only 2 waitresses doing bar and waiting). They tried to give us a £5 discount for being stuck there over 2 and a half hours for two courses, and only one drink each in that time. Tons of people was walking out, there was terrible vibe as everyone was complaining. We was the first bookings as had dinner at 6pm so had people waiting over half an hour for our table they booked. Would not return again"

"I had dinner at the Atelier, the ambience is warm and relaxing, the decor is simple but sophisticated. The staff was exceptional, polite, friendly, and helpful. As for the food I had the red lentil soup, steak and the ritz Carlton cake, they were exquisite. The entire experience was amazing."
