"Worst Red Lobster we've ever eaten, no exaggeration. Huge change from about 3 months ago. Biscuits were dry. Baked potatoes were hard, no matter how much we microwaved them as leftovers. Fish on Admiral's Feast had no taste. Alfredo sauce tasted like nothing but cream. Scampi served completely dry, with a few scattered flakes of parsley, (no kidding) like grilled shrimp instead of scampi. Had to ask where the scampi butter was, then they poured it over the grilled shrimp. Bottom line, not up to the usual Red Lobster standards. By the way, we still tipped our server 20% in spite of it all. The floor staff and host seemed to work well together, assisting one another, but we didn't really benefit from any of that. We were only cared for by our server. This was the first restaurant we have eaten in where the manager walked the floor constantly but did not acknowledge us at all."
