"1. The flavors are spot on; the food here is excellent and very genuine.
2. I appreciate the simple menu. They don’t have a vast array of options, just a select few, which I believe is the way it should be. I often wondered why other Vietnamese restaurants offer so many items. Anyone familiar with Vietnamese cuisine knows that making different broths for various soups requires unique techniques and a lot of time. So if a restaurant has too many types of soups and noodles on the menu, I question the quality of their broth.
Here, they have only two options for Pho and Hu Tiu. Just by looking at their menu, I had a good feeling about the quality, and it proved true. I tried the Hu Tiu today, and it was absolutely delicious—unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of it. My daughter ordered a Banh Mi, and she managed to snap a picture; it was amazing as well!"
