"Terrible customer service topped with ugly attitude we placed an order for a Cedar Hill Roll and an order of shrimp fried rice got home and had no shrimp fried rice we only had the Cedar Hill roll and egg rolls. Called the establishment and the attitude having female said the egg rolls was for the fried rice and we reiterated that WE DID NOT RECEIVE the shrimp fried rice that was paid for, she said then you can bring back the egg rolls and collect the rice.Took the egg rolls back and the rice was handed over with more attitude. THEY messed up the order and had big attitude because correction was requested.Please be accountable for your errors and correct them with smiling CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"

"With the intention of ordering the fish of the day (catfish), I entered this entertaining restaurant solo. Learning they had sold out of that fish, the wait person kept pressing me toward the tilapia. It was a large filet, yet served solo on the plate without garnish. It had been pan-fried and was not greasy. Still, the spices native to the Vietnamese cuisine were all but undetectable in my dish. If I venture back, I will be sure to order the watercress salad enhanced with prawns or one of the clay pot selections. These dishes elicited smiles from other diners."

"So this was my favorite restaurant for years and then during Covid the inside was closed for a long time!! But I’m here to tell you they are back open and better than ever! Our hibachi chef was the best Ive ever had. He did such a great job and our food was superb! Great place to go for a birthday dinner! Thank chef for making my daughter’s birthday so special! "We love this place. I see a lot of negative comments and feel for some of your experiences of poor service. But honestly, we've never experienced any of what is being reported. Maybe we are just lucky. Wen always greets us with a smile. Their rolls are delicious. They have great flavor combos that you just can't find at any other sushi restaurants in town. Of course that's a personal opinion, but we really have made the rounds at sushi places and always end up saying how much we love Ijji. Have we sat for longer than usual while we waited for our rolls to be made? Yes, but that seems to be a common issue at all sushi places, so I don't use that as a quality indicator. Makes me sad to hear so many speak poorly of a place I've had nothing but good experiences at."

"The food was good but came an hour and a half after we arrived and the place wasn 't even full. We ordered promptly. Our waitress ended up not talking to us for 30 minutes, took us twenty to bring us water and with that our already cold appetizers. She repeated that our sushi was being made despite finding out 1 hour and 30 minutes later that our order had never been put in. When they finally put it in, it took them 5 minutes to make. However, it was falling apart. They repeatedly tried to serve us/repeated to us that we had ordered things we hadn 't. Then, when we finally politely said our food was taking a bit longer than anticipated, they said it 's been prepared and brought out the same cold egg sushi 2 piece that we had received and eaten 1 hour prior. Half the dishes and drinks we received were cold. They also took away our chopsticks despite us never having gotten food and didn 't give us new ones. When we ordered a second sushi because we were hungry from waiting 2 hours, that took another twenty minutes and we again had to steal chopsticks for another table after not being given them again. We paid in cash to get out as fast as possible, and despite having arrived at 7:15 and ordered at 7:20, we left at 9:20.Vegetarian options: Not many"

"I typically order the Idaho Roll and the Spicy Crunch. The Idaho Roll features crab, avocado, cream cheese, and a delicious homemade sauce that has a thick, tangy lemon flavor. The Spicy Crunch includes tempura shrimp, crab, avocado, and cream cheese, all tempura-battered and served with a tasty spicy sauce that’s not hot at all. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate the spice level as a 2—there’s just a tiny hint of spice that doesn't overpower the dish. The presentation of the sushi is always beautiful, especially during Dine-Out events. I can see myself enjoying their sushi forever! I highly recommend this place because they offer over 80 different rolls, including hot and cold options, as well as tempura rolls. It’s definitely one of my favorite dining spots in Idaho!"

"Customer service: I walked in and was completely ignored. Like I was invisible. The women made a point to walk around me and talk to everyone BUT me. They even served a white man who walked in AFTER me, while I was standing IN FRONT of him. I said nothing and watched them walk around me and ignore me until the sushi chef noticed and made them serve me. Food: VERY GOOD. I ordered 5 bento box, gyoza, chicken wings. When the waitress finally helped me, she was shocked at my huge order. I don 't need to give them another try to know they don 't care much about my kind . But the food is good. So I 'll visit them again."

"My daughter and I were looking for Thai food after seeing the Van Gogh experience at the armory, we found Jasmine Thai online, saw it was only 8 min away, and it had good reviews. "This used to be one of my favorite places to eat! Sunny was such a delight. He and Kai made the experience so so much better. I really only come back for them. The last few times I felt so uncomfortable because the owner and her kitchen staff were screaming at each other the entire time I was eating. I couldn’t enjoy my company or experience, so unprofessional. Now my favorite waiters are no longer there and without them I don’t think I’ll be back. I have to say the pho broth is very hit or miss, depending on who is in the kitchen. Super salty sometimes and not enjoyable. I used to love to order off the menu items that were delicious but that’s no longer allowed I guess. Whatever, the owner seems to be very volatile and unpleasant."

"Outgoing and friendly. Counter service. Sandwiches are good size. The burritos used to be larger, but are still a good size. Whichever protein you choose, it will fill the majority of your burrito.
