"Geographically trapped in line. Apparently they decided to stop working the drive through because they are short staffed. So I was stuck in line (hadn’t ordered) and could not leave because you are trapped by the boulders/trees/hills. Line of cars in front and behind me. After 20 min I called the store and told them to either move the line or move cars so I could leave the line. They told me they quit working the drive through because they’re too busy. Seriously If you’re too busy put up a cone and close the drive through. Don’t leave people trapped."

"Our food was cold and tasted absolutely nasty. My husband ordered a Reuben, the sauerkraut was cold, the cheese was not melted. My junior roast beef sandwich was cold and our mozzarella sticks almost had all the cheese cooked out of them and were nasty as they were overcooked. The drive thru person wasn't very friendly and seemed like she was bothered taking our order and then other co workers were yelling into phones while they took out the trash. Like it's fast food, it isn't that hard. I've been in that industry for years and this was unacceptable."

"I had the worst experience at an Arby's. I decided to go inside since the drive-thru was so slow, and that turned out to be a mistake. I waited 20 minutes for my food while cars were being served. When I finally received my order, it wasn't even complete. The quality of the food was also disappointing. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, so there was no time to return and get a refund. I'm really let down by this Arby's because I usually enjoy their food."

"I haven't been to Arby's in awhile and I love there classic beef and cheddar but what I received last night wasn't good at all. "Arby's is one of my favorite fast food spots. The service at this location is quite good. However, I have to mention that the entrance from Mt. Hermon Road is very dirty, and the embankment along the road is also littered. I urge the restaurant to partner with the nearby gas station to clean up this area. It's uninviting and detracts from the overall experience. I would give zero stars for the atmosphere due to this mess! It's also embarrassing since it's the first thing many people see when they come to my hometown."

"The restaurant was great, except for the fact that they forgot one of my bags. When I called, they told me that they noticed my other bag as soon as I left. This indicates that they had time to stop me but chose not to. They replaced the missing bag for free and even upgraded my meal to include more than just a sandwich. Despite this mishap, it was still a positive experience and I ended up returning for more, even though it was my first visit."

"Unfortunately, my experience here was less than OK the wait was really long and there was only one car ahead of me and one behind me my daughter and spouse (he has celiac) have gluten allergies, and usually Arby's is a great place to go to get food we informed them of this and the food had buns on it as well as our sauce was missing and the lemonade tasted extremely watered down because my spouse has celiac and he was opening and passing out the food he ended up having an allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital the food wasn't eaten and the only redeeming thing was that the lady who was working and took our order and cashed us out was very nice I could tell they where understaffed but allergies are serious"

"On April 1, 2024, at 2:39 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium roast beef sandwich and crinkle fries, along with a packet of Arby's sauce. However, after I drove away, I realized they had given me half-cooked seasoned curly fries instead of crinkle fries, and I received horsey sauce instead of the Arby's sauce I ordered. To top it off, my roast beef sandwich was cold and had lettuce mixed in with the meat. It was quite disappointing! I've always had good experiences at this location before, but this visit was a waste of money."

"We decided to try the new fish strips that Arby's started advertising they weren't on the drive thru menu. So we asked the young lady that took our order for so information about them, she proceeded to give us a detailed description including price of 3 or 5 piece meal or just the strips. It was all done in a pleasant informative way that I've never experienced in my life at a drive thru at any restaurant!! It was refreshing kudos to Tiyranae for the best service I've ever received! ? She definitely deserves more than what she's being paid!! Oh and the Fish strips were delicious, just a bit on the small side."

"This Arby's usually provides excellent and friendly service at both the counter and the drive-thru. Fortunately, masks are not required indoors, and the restaurant is generally clean and well-stocked. Occasionally, I’ve noticed some items unavailable during my drive-thru visits, but this appears to be a widespread issue due to supply chain problems affecting many establishments at the moment. I don’t blame the restaurant for this, as these challenges are out of their hands."
