"I finally had the chance to try this restaurant after wanting to for quite some time. I ordered delivery, and everything surpassed my expectations! The sauces, nuggets, fries, shakes, and burgers were all incredibly delicious. I particularly love that the shakes are served in aluminum cups, keeping them nice and cold for a long time! I have no complaints whatsoever. I can’t wait to visit in person next time! Yum!"

"I ordered a sandwich and soup. I bought a tea while waiting. I noticed they served one person that ordered after me. They brought out what looked like the same thing I ordered and served it to another patron, who at it and then left. They pointed at me and talked amongst themselves a couple times. After about about 45 mins I went to the line and inquired about my food. I mentioned it looked like maybe they served the same food I ordered to someone else. They said that they would make it now and it would only take a couple of mins. I waited longer and observed employees working on things other than my order. I went back to the desk and asked for a refund. The employees mumbled under their breath and to each other. They handed me a free sandwich coupon with a post-it note and said they could not issue a refund without a manager. I said I probably wouldn't return after this experience. I received nothing even close to an apology at all. I found the whole experience quite infuriating the service was terrible. Now I am out $12, late to my event, and ate fast food instead."

"Picked up the order, they didn't have separate lanes for ordering in and pickup, so I had to wait in line to get the order for a solid 15 minutes. I ordered the sizzles stinger, the burger was extremely dry and the hot sauce they used on the fried chicken (which was soggy) was very vinegar forward, it overpowered the entire sandwich. All in all, the sandwich is creative and the workers seemed nice enough, but I will not be going again, especially considering the price."
