"When I first arrived, the absence of Diet Coke on the menu almost made me leave, but I decided to stick around and opted for water (which I wasn’t thrilled about, but I find Diet Pepsi even less appealing). I’m so glad I stayed! I ordered the large P1 House Special with Eye Round Steak, Brisket, and Meatballs, and it was absolutely phenomenal. This is, hands down, the best pho I’ve ever had, and I enjoy it quite often. The broth was incredibly flavorful, the meat was tender and plentiful, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. I couldn’t finish my bowl, which is shocking since I have a big appetite. I also tried the crab angels; while they were quite small, they were tasty. I probably won’t order them again, as I want to save room for the amazing pho. You must try this place; you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait for my next visit."
