"I had high expectations for what was advertised as a delightful Vietnamese dining experience, but it turned out to be a bland Americanized version of the cuisine. I'm giving it two stars because the bar area is quite nice, and the location is excellent. The appetizers, such as the fried rolls and steamed buns, were enjoyable and raised our hopes for the main courses. Unfortunately, the papaya salad that followed was oddly prepared and lacked flavor. Anyone familiar with papaya salad knows it should have a balance of sour, spicy, and sweet, but this dish was completely tasteless. The ribs were drenched in an excessively sweet, sticky sauce, and the curry was watery, primarily tasting of bell peppers. I won’t delve into the details of the other dishes. While I appreciate their efforts, this place really doesn’t feel like an authentic Vietnamese restaurant."
