"I had ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 45 minutes. When I arrived after about 50 minutes, I was told it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. In total, I ended up waiting around 80 minutes for my pick-up order. This wasn’t my first time eating at this restaurant, but waiting for food can definitely be frustrating.
The place was packed when I arrived, and it took quite a while for someone to acknowledge us. As for the food, it was average. Some dishes arrived at an unappetizing temperature, as if they had been sitting out for too long and weren’t under a heat lamp. For example, the cheese dip was lumpy and not hot enough to melt the lumps when it was served. I sent it back and it took about 15 minutes to return, only for it to arrive still lumpy!
When it comes to order accuracy, it’s hit or miss. While they can generally fix mistakes when dining in, if you order for pick-up and later realize something is missing, you’re just stuck with it. These omissions are usually small items, but it's still annoying.
There are about three other nearby places I'd prefer to eat at more often, and I usually do. However, I opted for this option on that particular day."
