"We attempted to order from Long John Silver's through the drive-thru twice in the past month. On our first visit, we were informed that they didn't have enough staff to serve us. Today, during our second attempt, we were told they were waiting for a food delivery. A few months ago, we called to check if they were open, and they confirmed they were, but when we arrived, the doors were locked. We really enjoy the fish, but the service has been very disappointing."
