"I've had my fair share of steaks in my life, but nothing compares to Steak Out! I've enjoyed it several times during quarantine, and it's definitely going to be a regular spot for me. Most recently, I had the cheesesteak, and I was impressed by how juicy the steak was; you could really taste the freshness of both the steak and the vegetables. The staff were very diligent about health guidelines when I picked up my food. I can't wait to try the next item on my list—perhaps the sirloin T-bone steak!"

"I had lunch today at Steak-Out for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service! Placing my order online was a breeze—no issues at all. When I returned to the office to enjoy my meal, everything was still hot and absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned without being either bland or overly salty. I ordered the chopped steak with mushroom gravy, and it was fantastic! I wish I had caught the name of the employee who greeted me; they welcomed me by name, making me feel really appreciated and well taken care of. I'm definitely looking forward to returning!"

"I just stopped in spur of the moment to use my free slice of birthday cake offer. Though they were extremely busy, as they always are, they were friendly and let me know they'd be just a minute, which I greatly appreciated. I inquired if they delivered to the Southwest side of Sioux Falls since I had just moved there from the Northeast, where they're located. They assured me they did, anywhere in town, as well as several other nearby cities. They let me know there is a minimum order for out of town deliveries. No charge anywhere in town except for a fuel surcharge, which has become the standard nowadays. I have always had good food, and speedy good service for the many many years I have ordered from them and this experience was no different!"

"They have removed the indoor waiting area, and now guests must wait outside or in their cars. The new waiting area includes a window for to-go orders, which is a nice touch. We hadn't been to Texas Roadhouse since the pandemic began, so we were unsure of the new procedures. Inside, there’s a somewhat grumpy staff member directing guests; it would be helpful if he was more approachable, especially since it can be confusing for those unfamiliar with the current layout. On a positive note, I appreciated the no-smoking signs posted outside the entrance. However, the front area often becomes crowded, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to navigate through. Just a tip: be ready to hold your breath while passing through!"
