"Once we got home, we discovered that our order was incorrect. We received only a small amount of chicken on a tray overflowing with chips, no sautéed vegetables (which included onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and jalapeños), and more chips on the side. We paid $33 for a tiny portion of chicken and a mountain of chips. We called the restaurant to report the error, but instead of resolving the issue, the representative argued with us and dismissed our concerns by saying, "it's food." He didn't apologize for their mistake and offered no solution or refund.
We will NEVER order from or dine at this place again. The customer service was atrocious, the phone communication was poor, and the food portions were disappointing. We’ll be sure to warn our community about the terrible customer service we experienced here. This wasn’t the first time we faced issues at this restaurant."
