"A hidden jewel... and boy, I mean hid. The Karen's Cafe was an unexpected oasis of the Palm Desert. Finding a little tricky, but incredibly rewarding once there. The owner worked the baby blue lacquered front with graceful lightness and a warm, friendly demeanor all through a charming Polish accent. The food was fast, simple and tasty. I would like to recommend the salad of Janella as a healthy and refreshing bite that meets more than your wishes. All in all, if you are looking for good food in a cheerful, whimsical environment - you have found the place. Thank you to the staff for a great experience!"
