"I went in for the chiefs game, had a couple drinks with our food and ended up leaving because I was feeling sick. Paid the tab, and didn't think to check the tab until we got to the car because we were in a hurry. Realized we got charged for food we did not order. I called up to the restaurant and explained the situation, but the manager refused to reverse the charge because he remembered bringing it to our table. We never got that food nor did we order it. The server even kept telling us he accidentally kept getting the orders mixed up between tables when he was putting our order in."

"We love this place. On a long family trip to Yellowstone, we stopped and stayed in Pocatello for a night. We researched a place to eat that was close and had all the options that the entire family would enjoy. And Portneuf brewing was perfect. We had achance to sit out back amongst the train cars, but it was massively hot that night so we came back inside. We ordered a burger,quesadilla, pasta and more. The service was great, super friendly and always asking if we needed more. The entire menu wasamazing. Plus pizzas!! After a long drive, nothing hits the spot better then a ice cold beer. And they offer a bunch ofoptions. The Twisted Stick Amber was my favorite. We will be back, next time we cross Idaho, Pocatello and Portneuf Valley willbe our stop!"

"Best sandwich in town! I ordered a half Gladiator, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The interior was simple but clean and tidy. The sandwich itself was outstanding! It satisfied all my cravings with perfectly toasted bread, gooey cheese, and a wonderful balance of flavor and texture. The quality of the meat was excellent, and it was just messy enough to make me feel like I was getting my money's worth. I highly recommend this place!"

"Very rude, second GH driver to try to pick up an order that wasn 't placed yet , one employee who may or may not be an Manager got defensive and argued with me when I suggested that if they did not want to do business with GrubHub they could remove therestaurant off of the website. My opinion is that they kept claiming the order wasn 't placed yet because they 're waiting forsomeone to pay for the order before making it... How else would they have a paper with the order written down on it and knew thecustomer name before I even got there? Regardless I probably will not go back as a driver or as a customer based upon myexperience there today. I was late on my delivery time but I was able to deliver what was ordered after placing the order .Just a lot of poor customer service and poor communication. If the owner or manager happens to see this please feel free toblock me from being able to pick up deliveries from your restaurant. Unfortunately GrubHub does not allow drivers to blockrestaurants on our end as far as not getting orders from them."

"Absolutely! The pickles are fantastic and make a great addition to a sandwich. My husband enjoys this place, and we both tried the turkey sandwich. He liked it, but it wasn’t to my liking. The roll was steam-fried, and the turkey didn't have much flavor. I’m used to Jersey Mike's crispy rolls, where I typically add Mike's Way with their house-made dressing and fresh meats. So, I might not be the ideal customer for this kind of sub. The pastrami and pepperoni seemed to be quite popular. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, but be cautious when parking as the lot is quite busy. The staff is efficient and friendly. I hope this helps you decide on the right sandwich for your taste!"

"Delivery charges here are exorbitant, much higher than the regular menu prices. My total came to $68.00. While the sandwiches were good, I usually save dessert for last, but in this case, I didn't. One of my friends tried it with milk and joked that it seemed like the milk was rejecting it as well. In the end, it went straight into the trash—a cookie from hell! She even filmed it, and I have to admit, it’s a funny video, even if the experience was disappointing. DoorDash made a decent profit, but after years of enjoying AJs for their great pizza specials, I think I'm done."

"I realize that I called at 7:30 PM, just half an hour before closing time. When a woman answered the phone, she simply said "hello" and then hung up. I thought it was a dropped call, so I called back, but experienced the same thing. I tried several times until she finally answered and told me they weren’t taking any more orders, and then hung up on me again. I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid! I don't understand why she couldn't just tell me they weren't taking orders anymore; that would have been much simpler and I wouldn't be leaving a negative review. I'll be calling in the morning to speak with a manager."
